Belong at Home Crewe

Grandad has gone from being independent to needing outside support very quickly and it has taken some time for him to adjust to his new routine but the team have been fab in working alongside us as a family to ease Grandad into his routine and allowing support. Nothing is too much trouble to ask! Gaynor really shines and goes above and beyond and some more! Her relationship with my Grandad is second to none and she is polite and genuine not with just Grandad but with the whole family if we are visiting - she is even a fan favourite with my youngest daughter! I really do feel reassured and have peace of mind when Gaynor is there.

Mum started to receive care and Belong made us all feel at ease. Friendly, helpful and prompt from the first query. When we started to ask questions, people were more than helpful and gave so much detail in the replies. They called back when they said they would. Service was prompt and straight forward. When we had the initial visit it was more of a casual chat with my Mum but got the information that was needed. Visits started and all carers have been very nice and professional. My Mum really looks forward to the visits. The App is great to make sure everything is OK and if the carers are worried about anything, this is added so you are made aware.

I chose Belong because of CQC and personal reviews. Clare came to meet with us at my dad's home and I felt extremely comfortable that my dad would have an excellent care package with them. My dad was reluctant to start with but now he looks forward to the carers coming and feels great having had help with a shower, shave and hair wash. They also sort and put laundry in to wash, make a drink/ sandwich, hoover, tidy around, empty the bin and anything else if they have time. We're very happy with the quality and standard of care. I use the App to see how things have gone that morning when they've called. They're easy to keep in touch with, have given great advice and are there anytime I need advice. Very happy with the service, it's taken alot of pressure off me and more importantly, my dad is in a more positive state of mind than he has been of late. I would highly recommend Belong at Home to anyone.

Everybody at belong at crewe have been absolutely outstanding and have been looking after our mum at home. When she has had a couple of falls etc , all of the staff on duty have gone out of there help to comfort her and wait with her until medical assistance arrives. We cannot recommend this residential home enough. Thank you.

Belong have been hugely helpful to mum who has just been diagnosed with dementia. They make her meals, do general jobs, pick up her medication from the pharmacy, take her out shopping and go for lunch with her but most importantly are there for a chat every day.

I would not hesitate to recommend Belong at Home for anyone who is seeking care for a relative who wishes to stay in their own home, but just needs a little help. Excellent service, thank you so much!

The Belong at Home team have been meeting my husband for socialisation visits twice a week for the last few months and it has been so helpful for him to chat to different people, and go for short walks when the weather is good. All the team have got to know him well and help him to enjoy his passion for The Beatles, singing and chatting. His mobility is not great but they look after him so well, and I know he is safe and happy when he's with them. The communication with me from the team is also excellent, and they have been so helpful when extra help has been needed. I would highly recommend Belong at Home.

Belong at Home have been visiting Mum at home twice a day for the past few weeks. We have been really impressed by the level of service. All the staff are very friendly, caring and efficient. This was particularly evident when Mum had a fall recently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Belong at Home.

One member of staff, in particular, has connected with my mum brilliantly in such a difficult time and also introduced the two carers now to help care for my mum. It took a while for Mum to accept she needed outside help in addition to the support provided by myself and my sister but she has settled really well because the carers are all lovely to her. She looks forward to the their visits and loves to chat with them. They help her with personal care, prepare her meals and other small household chores. It's a great relief that Mum's needs are being met in such a friendly and professional manner. Wish we'd done it sooner!

Belong at Home is truly a five-star service, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend to anyone. The carers go above and beyond to ensure all Dad's needs are met and as they have got to know him more, make suggestions on how to improve his daily life further. Dad's package of care has increased and now includes a shopping visit out to a local supermarket which keeps him independent, weekly house cleaning and personal care visits. Dad knows in advance who is coming to see him and has pictures of them which is good, especially if it's a staff member he hasn't met before. From a personal perspective, Belong at Home has become a lifeline not only to Dad but to myself too, knowing he is receiving quality support from such caring individuals is a welcome relief and one I can't thank them enough for. Thank you Belong at Home for the incredible work you do, you are all amazing!

My sister has been living as an independent resident in Belong at Home Crewe for about nine years. We are both delighted with the standard of accommodations and care she has received. Staff go well beyond the minimum requirement of care, e.g. she suffers from seizures and has learning difficulties but staff are very patient and respond immediately if required. When I am away, I can relax knowing that she is in good hands.

Great care for Dad. Carers keep us fully informed of Dad's care. Dad looks forward to seeing the carers and we can now go back to being his daughters and spending quality time with him as carers have taken away the need for us to look after him on a daily basis.

Belong at Home Crewe have been looking after my mother-in-law for the last couple of years now. We use both the weekly shopping service and daily care visits, both have been invaluable to help my mother-in-law which gives my partner and I peace of mind that she is being checked and looked after. Over time we have added extra services as her care needs have changed which Beyond have always managed to sort out to keep continuity. We cannot fault the service they provide and have found all staff to be patient and caring with her. We would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for care input.

The team who care for Mum are outstanding. They offer Mum personal care (in the form of showers) with true dignity and respect. It was quite a difficult decision for Mum to allow carers in to help her in her apartment, but every member of the team has supported her in this transition and I am so grateful as supporting Mum has meant a great deal of relief to myself and the impact it has also had upon myself - relieving my stress about Mum.

Very satisfied with the care and kindness I always receive from my carers, this is very much appreciated at 99 years of age. This is why I keep going.

Excellent friendly team, very helpful and reliable. Provide very good assistance to keep Auntie in her own home. They keep in regular contact, providing updates on her wellbeing to the family members. Easy to contact and always respond. Great service.
