I am completely satisfied with Belong ladies and am largely dependent upon all that they do with me and for me. I feel very fortunate in having Belong services in as many and varied aspects. They come across as people doing this job with personal satisfaction as well as just a paid job.

I found the girls helpful, gentle and kind. My husband was blind and had problems other than cancer and they were particularly aware of this. I am very grateful to them.

Whenever mum has spent time with any of the carers I have felt that she is safe and well cared for. Her needs are unique and these are always recognised. The staff go out of their way to reassure mum. She doesn't think they are her carers, she thinks they are her friends.

They are adaptable, flexible, caring and safety conscious and always go above and beyond. I am always given feedback on mums visits/outings.

The overall care from Belong has been very good and made the difference from my auntie going into a nursing home to staying at home where she has come to terms with the loss better of her husband and daughter. Because I can trust the staff it has made my life also a lot easier.

The staff have the knowledge and experience to look after residents in a compassionate way as though caring for their own family. Everyone is treated as an individual and their own needs met and I have seen this on a regular basis. The carers are in the job for the right reasons- they care!! Sometimes the inter-department communication could be improved but on the whole I have peace of mind my husband is in very good hands.

Placed mother and father with Belong in Dec 2015, moving them from carers in Blackpool. The difference in care levels was fantastic. M & d now receiving regular care, on time and with the same small team, making it quite personal. My parents have come on in leaps and bounds and know who is coming and when. I feel that their life expectancy has been enhanced since the move. On a personal basis, the pressure of checking on every visit, doctors, medicines, appointments is now non existent. I have become used to all being done and excellent communication between myself, carers and all staff and managers.
