Belong at Home Crewe

Excellent friendly team, very helpful and reliable. Provide very good assistance to keep Auntie in her own home. They keep in regular contact, providing updates on her wellbeing to the family members. Easy to contact and always respond. Great service.

Belong have been caring for my mother for over 6 weeks. The carers are reliable and very attentive. Mum's confidence has improved along with her strength. She is eating well and the carers will help her with any chores, as well as preparing. My sister and I have peace of mind, knowing that Mum is well cared for by people she loves.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Belong carers to anyone else looking for kind and efficient carers in the Crewe area.

She has since moved into the Village in Crewe, where carers from Belong At Home visit twice a week. She enjoys their visits very much, it gives her a different focus during the week, and I know how much they care. I cannot recommend Belong at Home highly enough.

My dad's carers are very professional and help my dad with different jobs that he cannot do. Amazing service giving the family peace of mind and help. My dad loves the company with the conversations he has with the carers, giving him something to talk about when he sees us the following day.

All the staff are very kind to my husband, he seems to like everyone. We are so glad we decided to have them, it has made my life so much easier in the mornings.

My mum has two visits each day to support her with administering medicine and keeping an eye as she deals with dementia. The staff are always very cheerful, professional and keen to help and we are both very appreciative of the care they offer. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have requested to change the timing of mums visit but there is still no visibility of this after several months of waiting - this is not a criticism of the Belong At Home Crewe Team at all - There appears to be a shortage of staff to enable ours and other peoples requests for visits at peak times which I would request the Management Team who assess the resourcing of the Crewe Team need to address.

The Belong at Home team has provided my mum with excellent care over the last couple of years. Evermore so when Mum was discharged from hospital 5-months ago. They ensured the correct care package was in place, and continually review and communicate any changes they feel necessary. Mum is treated with compassion, dignity and respect. They provide our family with peace of mind too, as we know, she is in excellent hands.

We were very pleased at how my husband responded to the 3 companions provided for him by Belong at Home. He settled well into the experience days but when they finished for the time being, this was a very happy continuation for him.

We initially booked Belong at Home Crewe for 3 times a day for one week to support my husband and while I had surgery and for us both when I returned home from hospital. This was all 'turned upside down' when my husband fell and it was obvious I'd underestimated the care I would need. The Belong at Home team pulled out all the stops and went over and above the normal to put a new care package in place, in circumstances they'd not come across before, and we can't thank them enough, they were fab!

Hugely supportive and caring from the very first day when the ladies came to my parent-in-law's home to do an assessment re bathing my Mother in Law who has severe Alzheimer's and is doubly incontinent. The carer loved my Mother in Law and became an immediate friend to my Father in Law and myself and my husband, who help care for them. We stopped service during lockdown but the carer has kept in touch with us just to keep a friendly eye on us all, especially as we lost Dad in Law. What a lovely, wonderful admirable person she is. Thank you Belong - would highly recommend.

Initially, my mother stayed in the Crewe Belong Village for respite care whilst my husband and I went on holidays; as I cared for Mum and she lived with us. She loved the room and staff but missed her own environment. So we decided to try Belong At Home care. A huge success for Mum and us! As Mum became less mobile, we had a morning call to dress/shower then as her health deteriorated we have 4 calls a day. All of the carers have been so caring, patient, kind and supportive and especially 'brilliant' during the pandemic. So pleased we choose Belong at Home, and so was Mum.

Staff are very kind and caring. The aim of the visits was to encourage my husband to get up, shower and shave. Unfortunately, he often refused help, but despite this, staff were very understanding and patient. Visits were arranged each Monday, Wednesday and Friday and staff were always on time and cheerful.

My experience of the care at Belong is extremely good. All the staff have a smile on their faces and are very attentive to their clients.

Belong have been very supportive with my Dad's needs and very flexible, showing respect, kindness and always go that extra mile.

Staff were very pleasant. Treated my husband with respect and dignity. Assisted him with his personal care and always tried to engage him. Offered the support we asked for.

My parents used the Belong at Home Service for many years before moving into the Belong Village. A consistently good - and regularly outstanding - level of care was provided and my parents came to regard the Belong team as very much a "part of the family." The service was flexible and adaptable to Mum and Dad's changing needs and I would have no reservations about recommending Belong to any other family in similar circumstances.

I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.

When I first moved, over a year ago, in Belong Care home, I was concerned I might not 'fit in' but on meeting my carers, my fears were proved groundless. All of them make my life as happy and comfortable as possible, always cheerful, caring and considerate in so many ways. I consider myself very lucky that I can rely on such kind, knowledgeable and experienced people.
