My father has received very good care from Belong at Home. The manager and some other staff members have been very helpful in going above and beyind their regular duties and being adaptable and flexible in different circumstsnces. They have taken dad to a hospital appointment, allowed him to call them
directly when he wasn't feeling well, prepared his complicated favourite dessert for him, played scrabble with him and chatted to him. In ither words, as far as possible they have tried to do for him whatever is required at a given time. Of course they have also done the regular personal care tasks as well. My sisters and I don't live close by so the communication through the app is also very helpful. The manager also responds to emails very quickly. We are very grateful that dad is getting this support. My comments refer to all the help dad has had since he started with Belong at Home and not just May.

Didsbury BAH have gone the extra mile supporting family member. Being a small organisation makes the care they give personal and great to have a small number of familiar faces. They have been flexible in responding to some difficult situations and liaising with other people. Their communication has
been excellent, and for family members who live at a distance use of the app is a great way to keep informed of key information for every visit.

My mother has benefited greatly from the weekly visits provided by belong at home.

The carers have been friendly and helped my mum access the shops, doctors appts etc .
Continuity of staff has been excellent which has helped my mum form a relationship with her main carer, occasionally there is
a different staff member but this is not a frequent occurrence.


My mum has also had the opportunity now to visit the Care Home cafe which she has enjoyed.

Belong At Home have been fabulous for our dad. We do not live nearby and we have been using them for the last few months. The carers are kind, friendly and reliable. They regularly go the extra mile. They are flexible when things change and happy to do all sorts of jobs from collecting prescriptions,
cleaning the bathroom, watering the plants, making zabaglione, playing scrabble, watering plants and changing catheter bags.
The App they use is also really helpful and means we are all in the loop as to what has been going on.
If you are in need of a home care provider I can thoroughly recommend Belong At Home.

I can not fault the care dad receives.
The staff are friendly, kind, patient and caring and go above and beyond in their care .
They spend time talking to dad and he is very happy with their visits, they are all wonderful.
I would recommend Belong to anyone. I can not thank them enough for all

My wife has Alzheimer's Dementia and has been visited by staff from Belong and has responded very well. She looks forward to the girls visiting and going out. The support from the girls has been second to none, and support for myself has been much appreciated. I cannot praise the staff enough for their
support.

I find the service is excellent, the carers are always on time and look after my wife with a shower and dressing her. She looks forward to them in the morning as they are always pleasant.
She is showered and dressed and the bathroom is always left clean and tidy.
We have used another home care in
the past and Belong at Home is the best.

In my opinion terrible, atrocious, appalling, inconsiderate, nosey, insincere, awful, bad mannered, two faced, unprofessional, untidy, poorly trained, in it for the profit, so no way would we recommend due to management.

Mum used Belong at Home Atherton's services for 7 months. She had never had care from none family members before but quickly took to the carers. The service provided was of the highest standard and very professional, but the carers were also very friendly and very empathetic towards Mum, which was greatly
appreciated. The service is well-led, and the managers hold care reviews and update regularly with any concerns. They quickly respond to telephone calls and emails. At a care review, the manager immediately stepped in to take Mum to the bathroom even though it was in between care sessions. We stopped using the service because Mum's health deteriorated and she needed to move to a care home.

Belong at Home Atherton team is excellent. I cannot express how fantastic the staff and the management are, nothing is too much trouble for them. Whatever my mum needed they always put her needs first. They are excellent with her dementia and Alzheimer's side effects. They are trained and professional
also, they are like extended members of the family. They give all the family and also myself peace of mind that we couldn't wish for anyone else to look after my mum. They always contact myself and brother if Mum ever has or needs anything. I would recommend Belong at Home Atherton to everyone. Thank you for doing a brilliant job.

The care my dad received from Belong at Home was outstanding. All the staff are extremely friendly, kind and professional. They went above and beyond, sometimes in challenging circumstances. Any medication changes were dealt with immediately - nothing seemed too much trouble. From day one, I had complete
