We have been extremely pleased with the care given to our dad over the last few months.
Each and every member of staff was patient, kind, attentive and understanding with him at all times.
He enjoyed seeing them every day and had many a laugh and joke.

The carers who visit have established a good rapport with my friend. We are very pleased with the results which are

Belong Outreach provided excellent, fully compliant support during my mother's discharge from hospital. They communicated proactively with the hospital discharge team and offered clear guidance, ensuring the process was safe, well coordinated, and person-centred.


The transition from local authority

care to the outreach service was smooth and well managed. The team was consistently professional and responsive, with my mother's needs central to both planning and delivery. They also supported our family throughout, which made a significant difference.


Belong's approach demonstrates high standards of safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, and care, delivered with professionalism and genuine consideration.

Excellent Companionship and Care
We've been incredibly pleased with the support provided to my mum. The service has been reliable, warm, and genuinely centred around her wellbeing. Most of her visits are for companionship, and the difference it has made to her life is remarkable.


Karen, who visits

regularly, has been especially wonderful. She has a calm, friendly manner that immediately puts my mum at ease, and it's clear she truly cares about building a positive connection. My mum always looks forward to seeing her, and she's noticeably more relaxed and cheerful after each visit.


The consistency, professionalism, and kindness shown have given our family real peace of mind. I would happily recommend this team to anyone looking for thoughtful, person-centred support for a loved one.

Belong at home were very responsive and flexible in setting up a POC for Mum, follow a short stay in hospital. This was 2 weeks before Christmas initially, right in the midst of flue season, so this was exceptionally good service.
BOH have visited my Mum each day, just really to check in on her,
she doesn't need "care" as such, more a welfare check.
It is really reassuring for myself and my Brother to be able to read on the Birdie app how Mum is that day. We call her, and visit her, of course, but in-between, Mum has dementia and is not able to tell us how she has been feeling over a period longer than a minute or two, so woudl have no context if she had been feeling unwell.
The team have called us when there have been needed, and we have made tweaks to Mum's POC as we have gone along, to better-reflect her individuality and still give her as much agency as possible.

Excellent care given by all staff. Their collective patience, kindness and cheerful ways of being make a huge difference to my mum's life. It is so reassuring knowing the care my mum receives is delivered professionally but also with such warmth and empathy. I would choose Belong at Home again and again.

My dad started having memory problems about four years ago, and after a short stay in hospital he began receiving visits from council-approved carers. I wasn't happy with the service, so I switched to Belong at Home - and I couldn't be more glad that I did.
The team treat Dad like one of their own,
and the care has adapted beautifully as his illness has progressed (he was recently diagnosed with mixed dementia). I can also keep track of his mood, medication, and meals through the app while I'm at work, which gives me real peace of mind.
Most importantly, Dad really enjoys their company. They always take the time to chat with him and even play his favourite music during visits, which makes such a difference.
I honestly don't know what we'd do without Belong at Home, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

My mum enjoys her visits from Belong at Home Carers. She is treated with dignity, she's well cared for they listen and act on her needs as appropriate in a friendly relaxed manner.
It's a welcome break for the family knowing she's in safe hands. Mum loves a chat with them sharing her stories and enjoys
hearing about their lives. It's a family joke that the carers make the best omelettes especially Helen.

My brother has been at Belong now for over 12 years. He has had help from the caring staff for the last 2 years and we are very pleased with the level of care and the friendly staff. The whole service is very professional and the management supportive.

The carers are lovely with me, my family and their dogs!.They do everything needed in a very pleasant manner. They are on time and i look forward to their visits. I would have liked to give five stars but can't because of very small niggles, such as making sure the worktop is clean after preparing food.
This in no way affects the appreciation i have for this service and would not wish to have any other.

Belong at Home provide a weekly welfare visit to my elderly mother. They also offer the flexibility to make additional visits when I am away for work or holiday. My mother feels respected and enjoys the conversation with those who come to her home. Staff members also help with a few tasks like putting
the bins out. From being initially sceptical about the need for visits, she has come to look forward to them. Communications re. additional/cancelled visits are mostly handled efficiently. My mother doesn't have a Smartphone to use the app and so is emailed to inform her about who will be visiting and when.

Very happy with the support and flexibility provided for the at Home care .
The carers take Mum shopping and are flexible if l want to alter the times of a visit.

Staff are caring, friendly and use initiative. I trust them to consider mums needs and to act where necessary. They appear to be well trained. Staff are usually on time and stay for the full allotted time. Occasionally the planned time of visit is changed which doesn't always match mum's needs, but
I understand that this may be necessary when attempting to match staff resource with the client jigsaw.
