I cannot praise Nicola and her Care at home Staff enough. They came every afternoon to my mother in law. They prompted and assisted her making a cup of tea. They encouraged her to take short walks down the hallway with them and dance and sing to music on her Alexa. They went through her photo albums reminiscing with her. She loved playing dominoes and colouring in with the staff. Any concerns with her they rang me immediately. When she started to have lots of falls we had to transfer her into a care home and Belong Warrington was my obvious choice as we still had contact with the care at home staff whilst she was there. Sadly she passed away just before Christmas but we still in touch as we love going in the Bistro for lunch and catch up with Forshaw staff and Care in Home staff. The reception staff make everyone very welcome as they enter the reception area. Barry the Manager and all staff in each department give residents and their families exceptional care and support. We cannot say enough positive things about the care my mum has received from Belong at Home over the last few years. The commitment, kindness and professionalism of the staff has been superb. The Belong carers were able to anticipate mum's needs, help mum to engage in activities and keep mum safe and well turned out. We felt all the carers went above and beyond what would have hoped for. The communications on the app and directly was perfect. Notably mum's small group of carers hardly changed as Belong has low staff turnover. Huge thank you.

Grandad has gone from being independent to needing outside support very quickly and it has taken some time for him to adjust to his new routine but the team have been fab in working alongside us as a family to ease Grandad into his routine and allowing support. Nothing is too much trouble to ask! Gaynor really shines and goes above and beyond and some more! Her relationship with my Grandad is second to none and she is polite and genuine not with just Grandad but with the whole family if we are visiting - she is even a fan favourite with my youngest daughter! I really do feel reassured and have peace of mind when Gaynor is there.

I cannot say how fabulous Belong@Home Macclesfield were in attending to and caring for my father in the final few months of his life. They were loving, attentive, thoughtful, flexible and very patient with my father, a man who required things to be "just so". The leaders/managers were also always willing to use their extensive experience and provide good advice and support (their suggestion to get a night-time "pee bottle" was enormously helpful). While my father would've preferred the care worker to have been a single individual, I understand that this is not possible, but I do appreciate that B@H tried to keep the number of different faces he saw down to a minimum. I cannot praise all the staff enough. Thank you!

I cannot praise Belong at Home highly enough. Every support wish has been exceptional, showing kindness, patience and genuine compassion at all times. The care and support given to my parents, who both living with alzheimers consistently goes for beyond my expectations. During an extremely difficult period when my parents were left without heating due to a boiler failure, the team truly went above and beyond. Support wishes stepped in to cover extra shifts without hesitation, ensuring my parents were safe, warm and reassured. They even helped me with getting repairs organised as I was on holiday. The care and commitment mean more to our family than words can say. I will always be deeply thankful to Belong at Home.

Since I requested help from the Belong at Home manager Heather back in the Spring, we have felt in safe hands from her and her team. A thorough needs assessment took place to get to know mum and dad's requirements. She is always responsive to my communications and clearly cares about offering the best support she can in increasingly challenging circumstances. She and her team are flexible and always friendly and professional, treating my parents with care and respect. Dad's carer has shown incredible patience as his dementia worsens and his resistance to care increases. There is a sense that there is good communication amongst the team and oversight of how things are and we have regular chats to review how things are going. It is a stressful time and so reassuring and comforting to know Belong at Home are doing all they can to support us.

I find the service immensely helpful. I look forward to visits for the help they provide and also the company and sociability that is offered. The carers are more than willing to assist with any task and often use their initiative about what needs doing. They also provide a useful link with the rest of the establishment.

They make her feel cared for and she looks forward to their visits.

The care my mum receives is exceptional. She is always happy and looks forward to the calls. She has a lovely relationship with the staff. Her needs are accommodated, information is regularly shared with us as a family, and it helps us to know she is safe and looked after by a fabulous team. Thank you for all you do.

Mum started to receive care and Belong made us all feel at ease. Friendly, helpful and prompt from the first query. When we started to ask questions, people were more than helpful and gave so much detail in the replies. They called back when they said they would. Service was prompt and straight forward. When we had the initial visit it was more of a casual chat with my Mum but got the information that was needed. Visits started and all carers have been very nice and professional. My Mum really looks forward to the visits. The App is great to make sure everything is OK and if the carers are worried about anything, this is added so you are made aware.

I chose Belong because of CQC and personal reviews. Clare came to meet with us at my dad's home and I felt extremely comfortable that my dad would have an excellent care package with them. My dad was reluctant to start with but now he looks forward to the carers coming and feels great having had help with a shower, shave and hair wash. They also sort and put laundry in to wash, make a drink/ sandwich, hoover, tidy around, empty the bin and anything else if they have time. We're very happy with the quality and standard of care. I use the App to see how things have gone that morning when they've called. They're easy to keep in touch with, have given great advice and are there anytime I need advice. Very happy with the service, it's taken alot of pressure off me and more importantly, my dad is in a more positive state of mind than he has been of late. I would highly recommend Belong at Home to anyone.

I informed the Belong at Home carer of my forthcoming operation and was assured if any extra help was required it would be available. It is so re-assuring to know I only have to ask and a willing pair of hands will be at our home if necessary - no problem, no worries! Heather and Vickie are always so kind, understanding and obliging. AND cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and take everything in their stride. Wonderful xxxxx plus, plus. We are so pleased and grateful to Belong at Home and easily recommend them to anyone with confidence.

My Mother was naturally very resistant to having's carers visit, as no doubt many of us would be. Belong management, and carers, navigated a difficult situation, very professionally and sensitively, so allowing my Mother to remain in her own home for as long as possible. I was very impressed with all of the staff, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in future.

I am delighted with the morning visits I get. Sets me up for the day, from personal hygein to social wellbeing. Thank you.

Everybody at belong at crewe have been absolutely outstanding and have been looking after our mum at home. When she has had a couple of falls etc , all of the staff on duty have gone out of there help to comfort her and wait with her until medical assistance arrives. We cannot recommend this residential home enough. Thank you.
