The carers from Belong take excellent care of our mother, they are always mindful of her mood and treat her with kindness and consideration at each visit.
We value the proactive communication with us from the team and find the new sustem invaluable for updates

Everybody at belong at crewe have been absolutely outstanding and have been looking after our mum at home. When she has had a couple of falls etc , all of the staff on duty have gone out of there help to comfort her and wait with her until medical assistance arrives. We cannot recommend this residential
home enough. Thank you.

Belong have been hugely helpful to mum who has just been diagnosed with dementia. They make her meals, do general jobs, pick up her medication from the pharmacy, take her out shopping and go for lunch with her but most importantly are there for a chat every day.

Belong at home have provided many years of excellent service and care for my mother who has heart failure and repeated leg ulcers which means compression stockings.


The team are wonderful, flexible and accommodating for any requests.

Belong at Home visit my mother every day for 1/2 hour daily or 1 hour once a week. The staff are always polite and courteous. My mother is very happy to see them every day. They bring her a cooked meal from the restaurant and have a chat with her as well as clean the apartment and make her bed. When
I have been present when they visit I am always impressed with the manner and professionalism they bring.

I was a little sceptical at first about using Belong at Home, but from the moment I made the first phone call and spoke to one staff member in particular, I felt really confident in the decision that we'd made for my mum. The team in Crewe are really exceptional as they have continued, for each of the
sessions provided for my mum, to be kind, professional and hard working. The communication, whether that be through email, telephone calls or through the app has been exceptional and allows me to see how they are helping mum. This is really important for me because I live some distance away and the belong at home team have allowed me the reassurance of knowing that mum is being well cared for.
I would not hesitate to recommend Belong at Home for anyone who is seeking care for a relative who wishes to stay in their own home, but just needs a little help. Excellent service, thank you so much!

I am so pleased and relieved to have the services of Belong at Home as my recent accident has brought it home to me how helpless we can be when our bodies are unable to function properly and it was lovely to be able to call on the manager for extra help. The manager was able to assess our current
situation and what best would suit us in our present predicament. Everything is adaptable and can be changed if necessary in the future which is an excellent situation for both my husband who has Parkinson's and myself, both octogenarians so not as good as we once were but not too proud to ask for help!

We are very lucky with the carers that come to us. They are professional, efficient, kind and caring. Everyone without exception always ask if there's anything else they can do for us before they leave. Also, they ask am I ok, which means a lot.

This service has been a lifeline for our Dad who cares for our mum full time at home - mum has vascular dementia & sadly no longer has capacity, Dad couldn't have got through the past few months without services provided by belong at home.

Wonderful input from the manager right from the start of the process getting my mother's home care organised and initiated. The manager could not have been more helpful and professional and was very diplomatic and kind to my mother. Following her initial assessment visit, the manager visited my mother
on her own on one occasion, then visited her with my mother's permanent carer. Since then, my mother's permanent carer has visited my mother once to date and all seems to have gone well.
My wife and I could not be more satisfied with how the whole process has been managed, and the manager has dealt with us all, especially my mother, with tact and sensitivity. Although my mother is still finding it hard to accept that she needs help from people outside her immediate family, we are confident that in time she will get used to having a carer visit her.

The Belong at Home team have been meeting my husband for socialisation visits twice a week for the last few months and it has been so helpful for him to chat to different people, and go for short walks when the weather is good. All the team have got to know him well and help him to enjoy his passion
for The Beatles, singing and chatting. His mobility is not great but they look after him so well, and I know he is safe and happy when he's with them. The communication with me from the team is also excellent, and they have been so helpful when extra help has been needed. I would highly recommend Belong at Home.

During the time Belong at Home supported Mum, I truly felt that she was cared for in the best possible way. She was supported with her illness and looked after with such kindness, which made all the difference. The environment was always so safe and comforting for her, and she really loved the time
spent there. She particularly enjoyed having hot chocolate and taking walks in the park with the manager, which brought her a lot of joy. The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the comfortable surroundings made her feel at ease. Overall, I feel deeply grateful for the care and support Mum received, as it helped her feel both loved and secure during a challenging time.
