My husband has been having a carer for just over a month now to help him to get dressed and washed in the morning and they have all been very kind and helpful each time. He generally has 3 carers coming in and he is getting along very well with them all but he does have difficulty with remembering their
names I must admit. Otherwise, I am very happy to see them it gives me a break even though it is sort of.

My mom has been with Charter Care for a few years now. The carers are excellent with my mom and her needs. My mom looks forward to the carers coming. All the ladies go above and beyond for her. We couldn't wish for a better care company.

Every single carer the family have come into contact with has been beyond fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have cared for my auntie as If she was their own family member. I cannot recommend Charter Care enough. Thank you all for everything you have done for us.

Excellent service all around couldn't ask for better, I'm so pleased that I changed to Charter I can rest knowing my mom is in good hands. Staff are always on time dressed smart and clean and most of all have the time and patience for my mother who is showing signs of dementia and can be challenging.

The office is not consistent with call times high volume of different cares and no consistency. I know sometimes things have call times are all over the place almost all the carers are great but the odd ones do not follow the care plan not washing or creaming. I think new starters are not given enough
training and support.

Charter care provides a high standard of personal care for my mother, treating her as an individual and actively caring about her. I am very pleased with the care they provide. The staff understood my mother's individual needs and adapted the care provided to meet her needs.

I cannot recommend and speak highly enough of the service provided by Charter Care.
We have been using their service for 18 months now and the outstanding care, compassion, respect and dignity shown is second to none.
The staff that work in the office are always approachable and deal with all manner
of requests, and queries I have made over time. I have only ever experienced polite, helpful and understanding staff who always listen and communicate effectively.
The carers too are truly wonderful, caring, compassionate, respectful, good communicators and have developed a fabulous trusting relationship with the client which is so reassuring and a great relief.
Nothing is too much trouble and we can’t thank them enough.
Keep up the fabulous work.

My mom has been receiving care from Charter Care since being discharged from hospital earlier in the year.
The care received from Charter has always been to a high standard and staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable and always have time to chat with Mom and reassure her at times when she has
been extremely anxious. They will also raise any concerns they have regarding Mom with myself.
Office staff have always been accommodating when I have called with any queries and I am happy with the care Mom is receiving.

I requested an early call, as I had to take my aunt to an appointment. The carer was there and had my aunt ready in plenty of time, without any rushing. Great. Also, she had a problem with her foot. Because the care was appropriate and done well she has been signed off by the hospital, with the advice
to continue with the care she is receiving. Thank you carers for doing such a good job.

The care provided by the carers is brilliant. They are caring and talking to my sister makes her laugh, she enjoys that. They are a pleasure to have in the house, and the office staff are really good too. If I ring they are always a pleasure to talk too polite, can't do enough for you.

Charter Care offers a fantastic service. My dad has had carers since roughly 2003. They aren't just carers to him they are his family too. Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and beyond to help my dad (who can at times be a little challenging) to give him the care he needs and deserves.
Dad's
health has deteriorated this past year and his needs have become more challenging, but the care he receives continues to be up there. Dad's 3 main carers give me the reassurance I need knowing Dad is well looked after. They are always a phone call away with any concerns they have.
If I've had to call the office or out-of-hours number, my questions and concerns have always been addressed in a caring and professional manner.
I honestly don't know what I'd do without Charter Care, I only know my dad wouldn't be able to stay in the comfort of his bungalow.

Since moving across to charter care, my mom seems so much more content with her care, they are always asking if there is anything they can do to help me out as mom's carer, genuinely seem sincere. I appreciate everything they do for Mom, as it allows me to carry on working full-time.

My mother gets very very good good care from all of her carers. They are very caring and provide a high level of personal attention to detail. My mother can be very demanding at times. The carers always go the extra mile for my mom.

It would be impossible to put into words how much of a difference it has made to my friend since you took over his care plan. I have only praise for your staff and managers. My friend was really struggling with his mental health your staff and management have helped him with that. His personal hygiene

The service my hubby has from Charter Care is spot on. The ladies are very respectful of our home and of my husband’s dignity. He finds them very friendly and I can often hear them having a laugh with him.
If my hubby didn’t have these lovely ladies to help me take care of him I don’t think I would
be able to look after him at home but as it stands now it’s working well for us all.

The only way I can describe the care provided by the Complete Care Company is excellent. It has never fluctuated from top level of service over the months that my mother has been their client. The home visits are part of the day my mother enjoys with the carers engaging in warm and friendly conversation
as well as attending to her requirements. The carers are also alert to what might be an issue and have taken the initiative when necessary to alert the medical services e.g GP or ambulance. In my direct dealings with the company I have found the staff to be knowledgable and friendly. No matter what my request they always reply positively and are happy to go that "extra mile".

My dad has had the staff from Charter Care looking after him since 2021.
All the Carers are friendly and professional and always look after dad's needs. They ensure everything is done and Dad is left safe before leaving. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The one thing I do like is that the staff
also engage with the family members and get to know them.
If there have been any changes to Dad's care i.e. we need to add extra care visits or cancel any, The office staff are also very friendly and happy to help the best they can.
Overall a great care company to have and I would highly recommend it. I feel reassured knowing that my dad is in safe hands.
