Charter Care - Caring for You

The care provided by the carers is brilliant. They are caring and talking to my sister makes her laugh, she enjoys that. They are a pleasure to have in the house, and the office staff are really good too. If I ring they are always a pleasure to talk too polite, can't do enough for you.

I honestly don't know what I'd do without Charter Care, I only know my dad wouldn't be able to stay in the comfort of his bungalow.

Since moving across to charter care, my mom seems so much more content with her care, they are always asking if there is anything they can do to help me out as mom's carer, genuinely seem sincere. I appreciate everything they do for Mom, as it allows me to carry on working full-time.

My mother gets very very good good care from all of her carers. They are very caring and provide a high level of personal attention to detail. My mother can be very demanding at times. The carers always go the extra mile for my mom.

It would be impossible to put into words how much of a difference it has made to my friend since you took over his care plan. I have only praise for your staff and managers. My friend was really struggling with his mental health your staff and management have helped him with that. His personal hygiene is now up to scratch thank you.

If my hubby didn’t have these lovely ladies to help me take care of him I don’t think I would be able to look after him at home but as it stands now it’s working well for us all.

The only way I can describe the care provided by the Complete Care Company is excellent. It has never fluctuated from top level of service over the months that my mother has been their client. The home visits are part of the day my mother enjoys with the carers engaging in warm and friendly conversation as well as attending to her requirements. The carers are also alert to what might be an issue and have taken the initiative when necessary to alert the medical services e.g GP or ambulance. In my direct dealings with the company I have found the staff to be knowledgable and friendly. No matter what my request they always reply positively and are happy to go that "extra mile".

Overall a great care company to have and I would highly recommend it. I feel reassured knowing that my dad is in safe hands.

We have always received a professional, caring and supportive service from most of the carers. They are fabulous! We have a great rapport with Mom's regular carers and we know that they always do their utmost to respect and care for her. We feel completely confident in their service to Mom and without them she would undoubtedly be in a home.

Charter Care have been attending to my mom's care needs since October 2023. When we commenced the contract, the new manager assured us she would be there should we need support/to address any issues and she has been true to her word. We did have some initial teething problems which the manager and her team ironed out but now I can honestly say the ladies who attend are lovely, they are attentive, will contact us if there is an issue, dispense Mom's meds and help prep food, do washing etc. l can cancel calls easily if I decide spontaneously to take Mom out, communication is good and carers on the end of the line are always friendly. A good routine is now in place and the carers I have met face to face have been easy to talk with and pleasant. Overall to date a good experience.

Overall we've had a good service, requested the same carer and this was very kindly done, never had any problems if we've needed to change/cancel the day of service. Everything that we need doing is always done, the only thing I would say is if the carer is running late a phone call should be made so the client is aware and not sitting waiting.

My mother, who is 96 and still lives in her own home, is receiving fantastic care. Although carers may not arrive at exactly the same time as informed, they have never let her down. One carer in particular goes that extra mile. This carer recently phoned for an ambulance for my mother and waited with her until the ambulance arrived, which was greatly appreciated by the family. Occasionally I have had to rearrange days for visits at the last minute. Your staff have always been courteous and have never failed to meet our requirements. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Carer looks after my son fantastically, goes above and beyond for him, always on time, does extras such as cleaning, changing bed etc., as well as showering and washing hair and shaving, if care needs to change time, can't get in, always ring me.

Great team of carers who are so professional. If you have cause to be supported by two carers in particular you have struck oil. Two ladies who take caring to a different level by going the extra mile for their clients.

I've been with Charter Care for nearly two years. The carers are really good with Mom, they are always pleasant and have a good chat as she has Alzheimer's. They always look smart. Nothing's too much trouble when you ask them to do anything. Staff are really helpful when you ring the office.

The care staff treat my nan very well, all care needs are met and the carers stay and chat, leaving extra drinks as my nan doesn't always remember to make drinks when carers are not there. The staff speak with respect and listen to my nan's extra needs, like can you bring me the newspaper in the morning. We have cameras to keep an eye on Nan which gives us extra peace of mind if Nan has a fall if no one is there. Would highly recommend.

Overall service provided was of a very good standard, generally found the majority of the carers got on well with the client. Always kept informed of any issues that arose. Would be happy to recommend this company.

Charter Care have been visiting my mom four times a day for approximately four months now and the care provided is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they really do care. The carers are all friendly and I feel very comfortable that they are supporting my mom on a daily basis with everything she needs. They stay the full allocated time, even if it's just to chat if Mom doesn't need anything else which is really important to me. Thank you. I would highly recommend them.
