As a whole, we have enjoyed having Bluebird staff came over to take care of my father. Two of them in particular have been outstanding in caring for my dad and supporting my mum (main carer).

I had no direct contact with the organisation of the care. I really appreciated the daily updates we received from the carer. These updates were very reassuring as they showed she got to know dad and the type of care needed. I would definitely be happy to use Bluebird care company again.

Absolutely fantastic. My sisters and I have looked after our dad who has dementia for a 14 month period without a break. Bluebird looked after our dad for a whole week, night and day. We were very anxious about putting his care in the hands of someone else but we need not have worried. We had the break we needed comfortable in the knowledge that dad was safe. The care and support dad had was excellent and the communications between Bluebird and ourselves were superb.

Really excellent professional service providing personal care for my dad. Also in teaching us his to day to day (non-professional) carers great mobility and contact with the supervisor who has liaised with the OT on our behalf and with useful additional support there. We feel supported and thus not alone in the caring we do.

I have been pleased with the care we have received. The carers are always pleasant and polite. I have found the office staff helpful.

The care has excellent with the carers taking very good care of mum. Little things like baking, seeing and looking at mum's photo's means that mum feels that they care.

Mum was reluctant to accept help initially, but the staff have been so pleasant and friendly that she enjoys their visits and is slowly accepting more assistance.

The full-time carers for my friend are loving, kind and understanding. She has dementia but they encourage her to make her own decisions as far as possible, allowing her the dignity of being herself in a home full of memories. It is very hard work but they do it well, 24 hours a day for a week at a time. The family know she is in good hands.

As always, very attentive care balanced with lots of communication and laughs.

Bluebird Care is an excellent care company, all the carers I have met are well trained, polite and caring. They are always smart. They have helped me feel comfortable and happy. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help.

The service provided for my mum is simply excellent. A lovely team of carers (particular mention for my mum's main carer). The office and management are very easy to contact and liaise with to ensure 1st class all-round care for Mum. Many thanks to the entire set-up.

I have been impressed with the Bluebird Care agency from the first contact made to make an appointment via telephone. The service was able to respond quickly and was very adaptable with a sudden change in circumstance. Since starting to care for my father, we have been impressed by the staff visiting. My father has enjoyed having them and feels safe in their presence. The care supervisor has been very approachable and helpful with any queries and issues I have had. All in all, I highly recommend this service.

We have been with the care for nearly ten years, and find the staff polite and helpful.

My mum, who has dementia, has recently commenced a live-in care arrangement with Bluebird. She has two carers who alternate living with her, one week on and one week off. Both carers are beyond excellent. They treat my mum as if she is a loved one and both carers and they become very attached to one another. We could not have asked for more. It has taken the pressure off the family, just knowing that she is safe and as happy as she could be. We are able to read the carers' notes via an app, so always know what she has eaten or what they have been doing. Bluebird themselves are a professional but approachable agency. They monitor the situation closely and visit to ensure that things are going well. We could not ask for more.

Bluebird are very reliable and very friendly. They tried hard to ensure my mother-in-law has the same carers every day, where possible. They were easy to communicate with. They ensured COVID-safe visits and were generally, very punctual. My only complaint was that we were not always informed of issues when they occurred - possibly carers could write in the visits folder, if necessary (and not just on their tablets).

I am very happy with Bluebird and all the carers. They really cheer me up when they come in. I am happy that can stay at home by having the carers four times a day.

The service provided by Bluebird Care is excellent. My husband's needs and my own as his carer were carefully assessed with close attention to special requirements. Then a very small group of carers were allotted so that we can really get to know each other. My husband is treated with kindness, dignity and respect. He has settled down calmly to the caring routines and great trouble is taken to find stimulation for his amusement during my free time. I find it easy to ask for advice which is generously offered. I see Bluebird Care as a friendly highly skilled group of professionals really motivated to provide their clients with the finest care. They certainly help my husband to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
