They communicate well with the relevant family members which has been really important during the lockdown and when you live a considerable distance from your relative.
They make the extra efforts to ensure their clients are well looked after and really try to take time to get to know them. The individual carers are backed up by a great management team, with whom we have complete confidence. Thank you.
I have no reservations in recommending Bluebird Care as a care provider.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a fantastic review, we really enjoy working with Dad.
Overall mum has been cared for well and the management and staff have been professional enabling mum to carry on living at home as she wished to do. This has allowed me to be able to visit my mother as often as I would like.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, we really enjoy working with Mum.
Over a period of about 10-years, Bluebird provided the most dedicated professional yet friendly and cheerful care and support to my father. The care has always been sensitive and respective of Dads dignity and continued ability to make his own decisions. The staff have/had become surrogate "local" family to him. We/I will be forever grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a fantastic review, we are extremely happy with your comments about the care we delivered.
Very pleased with all the help from all the very pleasant and helpful carers.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are delighted with such fantastic feedback.
I am a new service user with Bluebird Care. Prior to receiving this care, I was struggling both physically and emotionally. The cares that visit me instantly lift my mood and positively change my outlook in my daily life. The care provided to me is bespoke to my needs and extremely professional. I look forward to the girls arriving.
I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team at Bluebird Care. The fact that my strong-minded, previously very independent mother readily accepts the help of the daily carers is a testament in itself to the team who care for her and the manner in which they do it. The carers teat her with dignity and compassion without ever patronizing her, and she not only accepts their help but she also thoroughly enjoys their company each day. Bluebird Care has allowed her to live in her own home as independently as possible for which she, and the rest of our family, are very grateful, especially as my brother and I both live away. From my side the team in the office could not be more helpful whenever I have any queries, they're always so nice to deal with and never make me feel like a nuisance! 10 out of 10 all round!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review, we are absolutely delighted you are happy with our service, and long may it continue.
Bluebird always let you know if the carer is going to be late and attend to everything that needs to be done. Very satisfied, good agency.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review, we have enjoyed working with you over the years.
All the carers have been an asset. Communication with the manager is excellent. Always returns calls and implements suggestions from family members. Only criticism when notes left for carers to help assist Dad, occasionally these are overlooked, e.g. informing them of where clean clothes are left so Dad sometimes put on underwear from the previous day and clothes not changed regularly. Supervising when in the shower a must, to assist with using soap and shampoo as Dad now forgets or doesn't use the correct soap/shampoo on his hair/body and his hair needs the correct item as he has scalp psoriasis. Also request can be overlooked to make a fresh drink with evening meds.
Thank you for your fantastic review, we really enjoy working with Dad.
Mum has Alzheimer's and was starting to get anxious and confused, so we decided a live-in carer was essential for our own peace of mind, let alone her safety and reassurance. The two ladies who live with mum are equally capable, lovely and wonderful with mum! We feel so lucky to have then onboard especially in lockdown.
The standard of service and care received has been first class. My father-in-law became friends with his carers. They worked as a team and communicated well and were genuinely fond of him. They found ways to make home-cooked meals which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we really enjoy working with you.
Handing over the care of my very precious mother was one of the most difficult things I have had to do. Being an experienced nurse in the care of elderly and dementia patients I have high expectations and appreciate a carer's job is extremely challenging. Bluebird carers and management have been excellent. They keep me informed of any changes which are very important.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we really enjoy working with you.
The care seems to be fine. Because of the pandemic, I have not been able to observe the care in person, but my understanding is that it is of a high standard.
Looking after a 98-year-old lady with quite severe mobility problems and other disabilities (such as profound deafness) is a considerable challenge, and not something that many people could do cheerfully for long hours in a badly adapted house.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. I can honestly say we love working with your mum, she is a great character!
Excellent.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, we really appreciate it.
Bluebird are amazing. Don't know what we would do without them. Staff are considerate, helpful and go above and beyond. The manager is so understanding and approachable.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to write a review.
The whole package and service provided is exactly what is needed when times are very difficult. The carers are superb, friendly and understanding and the management team also contact you regularly to check everything is ok which is very comforting. At the last minute, my parents live in carer for the Christmas period became unwell and in these very stretching times they face, Bluebird still managed to provide live-in care over the holiday period.
Thank you for your kind comments and for taking the time to write a review about us.
I have only had the Bluebirds for four days, but I find them very nice people.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a response; we really enjoy working with you.
Mostly very pleasant. Obviously, difficult for them even when new, but regular carers are very good.
Thank you for taking the time to write a lovely review. We really enjoy working with you.
Very good service, second to none.
Thank you for taking the time to write this response, we really enjoy working with your family.
This section was filled in when they called for the annual review yesterday, so I will just add more except to say, all the carers are very good and professional in every way. I couldn't wish for better treatment and I look forward to their daily visits.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are delighted you are happy with our service.
I continue to be very happy with the care provided by Bluebird, especially as I live so far away from my father. Tasks are completed to the highest standard and communication is excellent. The carers go above and beyond what is required to keep my dad living independently.
Thank you for your review; we are really happy you are pleased with our service, and we enjoy working with Dad.
