Tailor Maid Home Care is an award-winning family-run business which delivers first-class care at home.

Delivering care and support to people in their own homes, helps people retain their independence, which is what the team is committed to do.

Care packages are tailored to individuals needs, personalised to ensure only excellent quality care is provided.

Staff all undertake SVQ2/3 in Health and Social care as part of their training.

It is fully registered and regulated by the Care Inspectorate and all staff are fully disclosure checked and trained to National Care Standards. They are specialists in dementia care; all staff complete the Best Practice in Dementia Care course in conjunction with Stirling University dementia Centre.

The care inspectorate report is available for 2025.

There were also finalists in the Scottish Care "Care at Home " Provider of the Year in 2017 ,2018 2020 2025 and winner of the Scottish Care at home provider 2022

My mother always seems very happy with the care provided by Tailor Maid. All the Carers are very resp[ectful and my mother enjoys their company.
Any time I have raised any points regarding my mother's care, they are dealt with promptly.

I have been using Tailor Maid Home Care for 3months and I am delighted with the service. The carers all take great care when putting on my pressure stockings. They always have plenty of time and I never feel rushed. The staff (both care and office) are all extremely pleasant, helpful and nothing is
too much trouble.
My family are reassured and confident that the care I receive is of the highest standard.

My experience of the service from Tailor Maid is excellent. Mum initially was not keen on people in her house. Over the weeks and months, the team looking after her have endeared themselves to her and are the new and internal part of her life bringing fun (sometimes a roll and a sausage), companionship
and giving her a view into other lives, which she appreciates greatly.
