Saxon Care provides an excellent service. My mother has been delighted with the standard of care and service she has received from all of the Saxon Care staff. The staff have taken the time to get to know my mother and have shown genuine care and compassion towards her.

Saxon Care staff are all highly trained and very caring. They are always punctual and provide excellent caring for my mother. They listen to her stories, questions and suggestions and allow her to be as independent as possible.

Carers are providing excellent care for Dad and always make sure he has everything he needs. He always looks forward to their visits. When his son died recently they came to our rescue by helping transport him to the funeral and we can't thank them enough.

Kind, polite staff, who Mum looks forward to each day. They have allowed a sense of calm and practical care, whilst providing a friendly face. Would highly recommend, for all the above reasons and peace of mind their care in the home brings to Mum and I.

My twice daily care has changed my life. I cannot walk so have to be hoisted into an electric chair and back daily. Also, every morning I receive a thorough top to toe washing and moisture creaming. Then I am dressed. The carers are very good and able. I am lucky to have found them.

When my mother took a fall, Saxon Care were very responsive and proactive, helping me and my mum. They stayed with her until I could get there and provided extra sessions in addition. Many thanks to them.

Saxon Care Solutions went above and beyond to help with the needs of my husband, who had Alzheimer's, and support me, particularly when I requested additional help at very short notice. I wholeheartedly recommend the carers and admin staff for their professionalism, efficiency and, above all, their empathetic approach to what it often a difficult and emotional time for patients and their families.

The carers are providing caring, reliable and consistent care for my mum. Not only fulfilling the things that need doing, but also the way and the time talking to Mum. Engaging her in conversation and asking her what she wants or needs is so important.

Carers are respectful and encouraging. Excellent care and ready to provide the help I need and other things I might request. My regular carer is a great help and support. Problems when a substitute carer doesn't know the routine and where things go. A substitute carer is not really required, but I don't want to be offensive to new carers, and it is important that other carers learn my routine. Thank you.

Saxon Care has provided in-home care for my mum for several months now. Both Mum and I are very happy. It genuinely is care, and each carer works hard to help Mum and to make sure she’s happy and comfortable, often going above and beyond to help. Mum looks forward to each visit and has good relationships with all her carers. Saxon has an app that enables me to see an update after each visit, including how she’s feeling, what she’s eaten, which meds she’s had and that she’s had a lovely chat during the visit. Really can’t recommend Saxon highly enough - lovely people.

I can’t speak more highly of Saxon Care. My mother-in-law has had carers since June/July last year, 2022. The service has been fantastic and has been adapted to her needs throughout. For example, when my mother-in-law came out of the hospital last summer, and she needed a great deal of care, including support with a catheter. This was handled brilliantly, and my very private mother-in-law came to fully trust those that came to her home. Now that my mother-in-law is much better, she is encouraged by the Saxon team to be as independent as possible. The service that I’m most impressed with is how friendly and chatty the carers are. My mother-in-law's biggest issue is loneliness since her husband died in 2018. Saxon has hugely helped in this regard and has provided companionship to her. This, in turn, has relieved much pressure from the wider family. My mother-in-law does not want to live in a care home, and along with family support, Saxon has helped to ensure that this hasn’t been necessary. Thank you to the team, from HQ to all the carers.
