Excellent care provided for my mother. Three visits a day. All the care staff were friendly, professional and really did care about my mother's wellbeing. She really enjoyed seeing all of the care staff who cared for her.

Having Saxon Care for our elderly mother enabled her to stay in her own home for as long as possible. All staff I encountered were friendly, professional, helpful and extremely caring towards mum. They were very reliable. The only thing I would say was that sometimes there were quite a few different carers visiting mum. Overall I found the staff caring and fond of mum and got to know her well. She could be difficult at times and on an odd occasion with I think for newer members of staff, this is how they experienced mum and would not have known how she was in the past.

My 91-year-old mother needed urgent care after hospitalisation for bad leg ulcers. Saxon Care provided a complete, thorough and very prompt review of her capabilities and needs during this period of very limited mobility. Throughout the three and a half months the carers were needed for, their attitude and level of care was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and made this worrying time for both my mother and myself so less stressful. Communication throughout was excellent, as was value for money. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Saxon Care came to my rescue at a very difficult time. They were able to find lovely carers at very short notice, even though it was a weekend. Since my initial contact, they have continued to work with the family and listened to all our comments, leading to appropriate and friendly carers. My parents and all the family are in a much better place now due to this help. Thank you.

Saxon Care has provided domiciliary support to us for a number of years and has been thoroughly professional throughout. They have never let us down through staff shortages, and their team is as thoughtful and supportive as they are diligent and thorough. One key attention is how flexible they are and adaptable to meet our needs.

We have been using Saxon Care to help my mum who is elderly and suffers with vascular dementia. They have a great team, very professional with a wealth of knowledge. We have used other companies in the past and they cannot compare to Saxon. I would recommend them and no one else. Great job Saxon Care...keep it up!

Saxon Care gave my father a consistent, quality level of care. They were all very patient and thorough. The service made me feel my father was in good hands.

The experience of receiving Saxon Care has been all good. The carers discerned what I needed and responded sensitively. Their positive attitude at all times has been invaluable and I shall miss their visits and interesting chats. They have helped me back to a better place in being able to manage personal care, but I am so glad to know there is such good care to call on should I need in future. I would like to say a big thank you for everyone involved in my aunts care, she really adored one certain member of staff and spoke fondly of another. We live in Kent, 3 hours drive from Devizes, but I knew she was in good hands so I did not have to worry. I was always informed of any issue.

Saxon Care have provided carers for my husband since April 2019. I cannot speak too highly of the agency. All the carers are very efficient and show great kindness to both of us. They have never let us down and appointments have always been kept. The office staff have always dealt with any problems that have arisen with great efficiency and understanding. I would recommend, and have done so, them highly to anyone who needs their services.

My first meeting with Saxon Care was at Mum's assessment at the nursing home prior to Mum's return home (I was like a duck out of water), but the staff from Saxon Care put me at ease by talking through Mum's requirements for returning home. On Mum's return home the carers treated Mum with the utmost care and dignity during this period during Mum's last few days at home prior to returning to hospital. The carers went above and beyond to look after Mum, nothing was too much trouble. We received great support from all office staff. (Due to Mum's health she will be going into a nursing home.)

Saxon Care provided outstanding care to my father during the last few months of his life at his home. The care, compassion and empathy shown, not only to my father but to our whole family, was outstanding and above excellent. The high standard and professional level of care afforded us was way above what I have seen before and was maintained throughout my father's care. Saxon were also excellent in communicating with the GP's and Nurses to ensure all my father's needs were addressed.

My auntie has been receiving home care from Saxon Care Solutions Ltd for over a year now. I live 3 hours away so when my auntie; who is an independent woman, needed some help her GP, care coordinators contacted Sazon Care Solutions. The dignity and compassion that the whole team have shown is above excellent. They talk, listen and do not take control of what my auntie's wishes are. The amount of visits and what can be done to help are always the most important. Visits can be changed with my aunties needs. Saxon Care are there for me too. if I have any concerns it is so reassuring having someone I can contact. Thank you so much for being there for both of us.

Saxon Care helped care for my father in the final years of his life, visiting him four times a day in his final months. He found all the staff very friendly and helpful – he enjoyed their visits and really appreciated their thoughtful care. They are an excellent team – caring, conscientious, respectful and professional – and we found them very supportive to us as a family too. We would thoroughly recommend them to others.

My husband had been on dialysis for a number of years. Over the last 8 months, he became increasingly frail. The staff of Saxon Care have been excellent. They cared for him with great skill and courtesy. He enjoyed their conversation and interest in his life. Every time without fail they asked if I was alright and could manage. Although he has now passed away until the end they did everything they could to make his life as good as possible. I have missed them since.

I find most of the care workers very good, most are punctual, clean, tidy, pleasant and friendly. What more can I ask for?
