All staff are on time and extremely respectful. I know in advance who is coming and at what time. The office staff will ring me if there's any changes to the published schedule - I find this very useful and helpful to Mum. I can recommend Bridgewater for all care for clients with dementia.

Care providers are excellent. If there are any problems, they ring immediately to inform me and likewise, if I have any concerns, they respond to them as soon as feasibly possible.

For the time that the staff care for my husband, they are engaging, professional and helpful.

From the first phone call to Bridgewater, I was put at ease. All needs were met and nothing too much trouble. From management to carers, if I needed help or extra visits, they tried their utmost to assist. Having 94 and 95-year-old parents, I did worry about them accepting help, but the staff who were sent to them, put them at ease and was very respectful of their age and needs. It was the hardest phone call I made, asking for help, but the best thing I have done. Thank you.

Bridgewater carers, management and all staff have been excellent, friendly, caring and very compassionate. They care about Mum as they would with their own family members. All have been very approachable, they arrive on time and always keep us updated with any changes.

We find all the carers allocated to help to care for Dad are genuinely caring/thoughful people. They listen to what Dad and us have to say. Dad is most comfortable around them, which is very important to us. They are friendly and eager to help and assist Dad in his caring needs. We are very appreciative of the care they give and support to us as a family. We trust them to care for Dad at times during the evening when we need to rest.

We have always been happy with the care provided by Bridgewater. All the carers are so helpful and supportive. We had no hesitation in recommending them to my two elderly aunts when they needed urgent care.
