My father spent a very comfortable day with the carer provided by Bluebird. My (late) request for support was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I like the care and attention given by the Bluebird Care management and their sensitive approach to Covid safety protocols. I will be using them again.

Although this was my first experience of any care company, every member of staff I and my mother (who has recently been diagnosed with dementia) have encountered have been very professional and caring. I would recommend their service just purely from a peace of mind points of view, as I find the Bluebirds app particularly helpful as a means of communication.

My father has received Bluebird Care Exeter for over 18-months. He is very happy with all of the care provided. Dad has daily visits to help with meals, medication and in keeping his home safe. The services supplied have enabled Dad to keep his independence. Bluebird staff are very caring and approachable, and as his daughter, I am also very pleased with his care and am confident Dad is in safe hands.

The care my sister is having from Bluebird is the best she has ever received. They inform her if they are going to arrive to her late or have to change her carer, which helps her with her odd problems she has. They always attend to her with care and a lovely, smiley face. Nothing is too much trouble for them if she asks for a bit of help. Thank you, Bluebird.

We have been delighted by the care and attention our mum receives from the Bluebird carers. Without this specialised dementia carer, my mum would be in residential care. Bluebird has been excellent in their feedback about any concerns or progress. They have provided a very friendly and person-centred care plan enabling my mum to continue with some of her interest. We, as a family, believe they go above and beyond our expectations, and words don't simply put across how grateful we are for all they do!

I would like to express my thanks for the professional care that our disabled son received from Bluebird Care. The Company were swift to assist and arranged a comprehensive assessment, tailored to meet our family needs at relatively short notice. At all times we were informed promptly and clearly of their services and our son was assisted with support in the most professional, person-centred and compassionate way. Sadly our son suffered a sudden medical episode and died. Bluebird care staff were able to call for emergency assistance immediately and were compassionate and caring during this period. They assisted the emergency services and supported us at a very difficult time and because of this expedient care, our son was able to reach the hospital in a timely manner and passed away later, comfortable and at peace. We cannot express our gratitude to or recommend Bluebird Care more highly.

My husband was on end of life when we had to have help and Bluebird came in to help and they made our life so much easier. The carers were so kind and supportive to both my husband and me. I don't think I could not have managed without them.

We have come into contact with Bluebird Care this summer, under difficult family circumstances. We have found Bluebird Care Exeter to be great. We would like to thank the team very much for the care my mother in law receives. Some cases are difficult ones, ours is very difficult and Bluebird have worked with us to overcome many hurdles and I would like to add that we live a long way from our family member. We trust Bluebird Care and know the high quality of care is there 4 times a day every day. Thank you.

My mother has care for half an hour each Friday and they cover various times when the family are on holiday. The care provided is of a high standard and tasks are completed when required. The majority of staff are courteous and compassionate and deal with my mother in a dignified way. There have been occasions when an arranged visit has not taken place and communicating this to us directly in order that we could take alternative action was not appropriate. This has now been dealt with should this occur again.

Mum has been looked after by Bluebird Care (Exeter) for two years. She has had an operation and periods in hospital but care is always suitably adjusted to meet her needs. Staff always listen and adhere to any instructions regarding her care. Carers arrive with a smile and are happy to chat over a cup of tea. Any queries or problems are rectified quickly.

Bluebird Care provides an invaluable service. My mother (who has dementia and Alzheimer's but is still sparky at nearly age 88) has carers three times a day. They are very professional and, above all, kind. We couldn't cope without the dedication they show. We have a supervisor who handles any changes to the care package (time adjustments, new tasks to put on the daily list) and this helps to make things efficient. I would also highly recommend asking Bluebird to sign you up for the app I have on my mobile phone, which shows how each carer visit went. Carers make notes every time they come, and this helps me to keep track of how my mum is doing.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Bluebird Care. The caring team have been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them over these past months. Their care and ongoing care, support and laughs along the way have put mum well on the way after what has been a few very difficult weeks recently, and being on the mend and recovering now she enjoys her visits. Thank you.

Overall fairly satisfied but if carer and cleaner are going to late or not coming, I would like to be informed. When cleaner did not turn up I was charged and it took 2 phone calls from me and one from my daughter to get a refund.

My mother who has Dementia needs support to live at home as she is on her own. Bluebird Care in Exeter has been excellent in supplying carers with the extra expertise. They have adjusted to any variations in my mothers care and they are kind, caring and on time.
They make sure Mum has an interesting time, take her out shopping, or for a drive or out to lunch and to Wellness Meetings. At all times they make sure she is safe.
Any questions or alterations, the management or the carers keep me informed and it is very much a team effort between Bluebird and myself. The management is extremely approachable and responds to any questions or changes that are needed and regularly make contact to discuss any changes in my mothers care that might be needed.

The PASS system is brilliant as I can then see what the notes are for each visit to my mum and can spot any trends or changes that are needed. Overall the service is excellent and I have not come across any issues at all. Thank you.

I have been very well cared for by Bluebird Care (Exeter). All have been polite and a great many of the carers have gone out of their way to please me. There have been one or two that have made me feel that they are just doing a job and that their eyes are always on the clock but these are in the minority and have often left.
