My home care is amazing. She is always lovely and bouncy and a pleasure to have help. Bluebird Care always treats me well, whether it is the finance team or other carers. Well worth the money spent on them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. We are so happy to know you are pleased with the service we provide.
The care my father receives is very good. The carers are kind and understanding, it must be difficult sometimes, as my father is hard of hearing and with poor memory, but he is 96 years old. It makes my life easier if I receive the next week's schedule on Friday, as I fill out my father's calendar on Friday, which he pays attention to. With a number of road works going on, I understand carers can be delayed, also with sickness and school holidays, it must be a challenge for staff and schedules.
Thank you kindly for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate your understanding of the challenges we face with logistics and the roads as they currently are at the moment. We strive to give the best services possible in a professional and caring way for all our customers and are happy to be recognised by everyone involved.
I've had care for my husband for two years now and I couldn't be without bluebird care. They help me with maintaining my life around my husband. There always on time. Always very caring and understanding. You get what you pay for with Bluebird.
It's heartening to hear such positive feedback about your experience with Bluebird Care! We greatly appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to know that our services have been instrumental in supporting both you and your husband over the past two years. Thank you for placing your trust in Bluebird Care. We're here for you whenever you need us. Many Thanks.
I was originally apprehensive about getting in carers to assist my elderly mother getting up in the morning, and the associated personal care. Bluebird Care were recommended, from the initial assessment, care plan and the commencing of the care visits, I have always had a positive experience. My mother has nothing but praise for her carers and speaks of them fondly. This was a great relief to me and the rest of the family. I would recommend anyone who is considering engaging carers to seriously consider Bluebird Care.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review. We are so happy that we have put your mind at rest and Mum is getting the care she needs. Thank you.
Bluebird Care allows our mum to remain in her own home which she would otherwise not be able to do. The carers are attentive and always pass on any concerns they have so that we are aware and can remedy any issues swiftly. Their care gives mum and us peace of mind that on any given day she has regular checks and contact to ensure her safety and well-being. My sister and I would not have been able to manage without Bluebird's excellent care and input.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review, we are so pleased mum is able to stay in her own home and in the care of Bluebird carers and that this gives you peace of mind. Our care team are very caring and supportive and this is so important to providing a good service.
Always ask if there is anything else to be done.
I have a change of carers daily, always smiling and cheerful and make me laugh.
I am very happy with my lot.
The office staff are only too pleased to help with any questions I have. All in all they all care 100%.
I wouldn't change a thing.

The care service has been professional, extremely respectful, caring and my father is delighted when the carers arrive to look after him.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review, we value your appreciation. Our staff as always caring professionals and how lovely their arrival is greatly received.
I am so lucky to have my carers, firstly they let me do what I can but they are always there to help me when I need it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review, we always will do our best to maintain independence for our clients and support them in what ever way we can.
We have been with Bluebird since July 2022. we have not used any other homecare services for comparison purposes but have been very pleased with the care and support provided. All staff are helpful and answer the telephone in a timely manner. My stepfather (the client) is physically disabled with a prosthetic left leg and has dementia. He is treated with care and respect and patience by the carers who visit. I have just increased the number of visits on our 6 monthly review, which will hopefully make things easier.
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are happy the service has been supportive to you both. We pride ourselves on good quality care.
All the individual carers from Bluebird Care Medway have taken it upon themselves to engage with both my mother-in-law, the client, and her husband and not just worry about the care they are providing. They are extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has care needs. It was important that my mother-in-law liked her carers and could not have asked for anyone better.

We used Bluebird as a temporary measure whilst my spouse who cares for me was recovering from an operation. We had carers twice a day, we found them to be very professional, caring and thoughtful. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Bluebird have been a great help in looking after both my mother and father. Any issue is dealt with straight away. The care and dignity was perfect, all the carers are lovely. Since my father has died, the carers gave Mum that extra support she needed by taking her out or just sitting with her and having a chat. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Meet the Team (10)
Hi, I’m Jordan Byrne, the proud owner of Bluebird Care Medway! I studied management at the London School of Economics and spent some time on the MBA program at Yale.
Before getting into homecare, I worked in finance in the City of London and across Europe. But what has always driven me is making a real difference in people’s lives. My decision to lead this homecare agency is personal. Having experienced the need for care within my own family, I understand first hand the impact it can have—not only on those receiving care but also on their loved ones.
Too often, we forget the strain that falls on family members, who give so much of themselves to ensure their relatives are looked after. This understanding motivates me every day. There is an infectious belief among our staff, and within the local community, that we truly have the best carers in the area. Therefore, I have always seen that my main role is to support the team so they can focus on doing what they do best—delivering exceptional care to you and your loved ones.
It’s my job to make sure they have everything they need to make your journey easier, and to make it the best experience possible. I don’t take the responsibility of running this company lightly. I know how important this service is, and I’m dedicated to ensuring that you can trust us every step of the way. You can count on me and my team to provide the care and attention you deserve. We and I will not let you down.
Hello! My name is Sean, my role here at Bluebird Care is to help make the lives of staff as easy as possible through operational efficiency, so our Bluebird Care teams can focus on what we do best, delivering the highest quality care!
My background has involved a few different experiences. I have previously worked at the West Ham United First Team as a sports scientist from 2019 to 2021! Following that, I worked in a start-up company as an operational lead and technology consultant. My team and I built the company's presence in the local community while focusing on how to run our day-to-day operations as efficiently as possible to benefit our staff. Following this, I took on a very high-pressure role as a lead recruitment consultant for a fast-growing company in London, where we doubled our headcount in 6 months.
I am so excited to be part of the Bluebird Care family. The work that everyone does here is so impactful to the community, and I am looking forward to meeting everyone who is a part of this amazing company and hearing and being a part of, all the great work that everyone does day to day.
