Nurseplus provide care for my mother while I am at work. They are always punctual and provide excellent care. Mum is less anxious and more settled with their visits. They leave detailed notes that keep me up-to-date. We have the same carers which provide stability for Mum. I can go to work knowing she is in good hands.
Nurseplus provided a caring service and understood the need for routine and sympathetic management of my mother's dementia. The carers were great and nothing was too much trouble. They looked clean and tidy in a smart uniform. My mother was well cared for. Thank you.
We were concerned that having strangers coming into your home three times a day would be overwhelming and intrusive but this is definitely not the case. All the carers we have met have been anxious to please and concerned for my comfort.
Godo care and friendly service.
Since my wife has been bed bound, the pressure on me, of course, is fairly heavy, though glad to do whatever. Having said that, the four visits a day by the excellent nurses has been greatly appreciated by me. They all deserve a gold medal. Many, many thanks from me.
The majority of the visiting carers are satisfactory to good, but the office administration is extremely poor, often having difficulty to cover all calls. Staff turnover is generally high.
Nurseplus has been providing the personal care for the friend who lives with me for a number of years. We find the carers to be very personable and conscientious and always concerned to provide the care exactly as the client requires and likes it. Even if short staffed through sickness or the recent bad weather Nurseplus has never let us down or failed to send a carer.
Have felt confident in leaving my husband in their care.
Excellent service, gives me much needed respite care as I leave my husband in safe hands for a couple of hours while I can choose what I wish to do with the time.
I have managed my brothers support from Australia for many years. Nurse Plus has provided excellent care 7 days a week. They have been responsive to any changes in care requirements, acting quickly to ensure high-quality support for my brother. I have dealt with a number of agencies over a period of 20 years and regard Nurse Plus as the very best agency I have encountered in the UK to date.
My elderly parents living in Gosport recently started using Nurse Plus for an hour a day on my recommendation, and all the family are pleased with the service.
The nurses are all polite and helpful.
My mother, 83, has been using Nurseplus Gosport for approximately 13 months with between 9 and 14 visits per week during that time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided for my mother. The nurses have all been professional and my mother has had no issues with any staff helping her.
The carers are pleasant and helpful fulfilling their role in my life. The office staff are ready to help with queries should the need arise.
I now know a lot of the carers and look forward to their company in as friends whilst doing their work.
Carers are professional. They are generally on time, they always wear a uniform. They treat me with respect at all times.
Thank you for your review Therese. We're pleased you had a positive experience.
My mother is partially deaf and unable to hear the telephone to full potential. I will say on her behalf that the care provided morning and afternoon is first class. The care she receives is excellent. The staff at Nurse Plus are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble - if answers are needed, they give 100% in helping sort things out. We can't fault them. Angels they are!!!
Well, we are very satisfied with the service that they provide.

Meet the Team (3)
My care journey started in 2017 when I began working nights as a care assistant, working with residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. I then moved on to working days in a nursing home in early 2018 providing care for different needs including angel-man syndrome and severe learning difficulties.
Whilst there, I also took on the role of activity therapist and home hairdresser. This meant each day was different and I was lucky enough to build a much deeper bond with residents and their families. Due to having different roles in the home, I was also involved in putting together risk assessments and dealing with different professionals, which gave me some (if only a little) knowledge when starting with Nurseplus.
Working in a nursing home and seeing the difference in clients who were able to rehab and return home made me curious about different areas of the care industry that were available. I came across the coordinator position with Nurseplus and decided to go for it and so far have loved every minute of it!
I first joined the health and social care industry in 2018, I worked as a support worker, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs. I then transferred to another home as a lead support worker, this was supporting adults with mental health and learning disabilities, my role as a lead support worker also included staff management. After gaining 2 years’ experience in that role I then became the deputy manager, my job role entailed the running of the home alongside the manager. A year after that I became the cover manager for the same home and I fulfilled this role for 9 months, I decided that I wanted a career change and I applied for the care coordinator role within Nurseplus and I was successful.
I really enjoy working in health & social care and I find it very rewarding to help and support individuals to live their lives to their full potential.
Since joining Nurseplus Care at home I have found the job role challenging but I am really enjoying my role!
I began working as a home care worker when I was 16 years old back in 2015, working with clients who had dementia in their own homes. From this, I went on to work as a health care support worker at Queen Alexandra Hospital and then went on to work in supported living and residential services, working with adults with learning disabilities. I enjoyed being able to build strong relationships with clients and going the extra mile to ensure that each and every client lives the best life possible.
I have previously worked with a range of clients, varying from domestic abuse to learning disabilities to working with Mental health patients in hospitals. When the position came up with Nurseplus as Home Care Coordinator I decided to go for it to challenge myself with something different; I have enjoyed meeting the clients and their families and also meeting the carers that all work incredibly hard to achieve the best for the clients.
