The office administrator and the PPA team have been fantastic in looking after our mum who has early-onset Alzheimer's. They visit her daily and have become like friends who help make her life more manageable at home. particular member of staff ensures my brother and I stay in the loop which makes
all the difference knowing she is in good hands as we don't live locally, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We are very grateful to the whole team and their hard work - thank you!

I feel happy that Dad is cared for in a way that makes it possible for him to remain happily in his own home in his old age whilst having issues with his mobility, sight, continence and dementia. He has several carers come into his home 3 times a day and he welcomes them as it is a pleasure for him
to chat, he feels they are his friends. He is at a stage when he can't really do anything for himself so he is fully reliant on the help he receives, for which we are truly grateful.

All the staff who provide daily care to my friend are professional and courteous. They go above and beyond when required. They ensure that all their needs are catered for in a timely fashion. The day-to-day management of the team comes across as well-managed and organised. Always extremely helpful on
the occasions I've had to contact them.

Excellent care from all the carers at Private Personal Assistance Sedbergh, they are very compassionate, caring and look after my father really well. They are always on time and nothing is too much trouble and they treat my father with dignity and respect. Would highly recommend PPA to anybody needing
carers. They don't mind helping out doing extra visits as well if I am away on holiday. Having them help care for my father has been a great help to me and my father. We get a great service as well from the office and management team as well. I look forward to PPA continuing to care for my father.
