Nothing is too much trouble, you won't find a better care team. The office really do go above and beyond to help you when you need it. A big thank you for all you did.

Excellent services, been caring for my mum for a very long time. Very friendly ladies, always put a smile on my mum's face and are very good listeners. Came all weathers and all through the lockdown. Would give them 100 stars if I could.

I have nothing but thanks and praise for the lovely ladies who look after my dad. They provide an excellent standard of care, delivered in a kind and friendly manner. They always make time for a chat with my dad, who looks forward to their visits. They quickly identify any additional needs my dad may have and liaise with me to ensure the best care for him. The standard of care these ladies provide my mum is excellent, they are reliable and competent in all areas of care. I feel confident when going to work that my mum is well looked after but most of all Mum really likes everyone in the team!

Was using another care agency to support my mum and decided to move to Independent Homecare Team, and was so pleased that I did. Independent Homecare Team has a great team who really do care about the welfare of their clients. They were always responsive to changing needs, and on occasions, achieved outcomes with other health partners that I know I would have struggled to obtain the same result. As my mum neared end of life, they were a great support at a difficult time. I can’t thank them enough.

Absolute first-class care. My father has both lung cancer and dementia. The care package that is being delivered is absolutely first class in every way. The carers are friendly and ensure my father has all his needs in place, but they also take time out to ensure that he is okay and they like to have a catch up with him. The previous care company we employed simply administered medication with no interaction at all. This is a total reversal. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Dad has used Homecare for quite a while now and I have to say that the service from all the carers has been exceptional including the office based workers. Communication is excellent via the app and phone calls if there are any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anybody! Thank you for looking after my dad so well!

My nan used to be independent for the last two to three years of her life and we cannot thank them enough. Wonderful care, service and carers. So trusting and reliable in all areas of the job. They went above and beyond to care for my nan even with her elevated needs of care. Nan had a colostomy bag and to ensure her needs were met at all times extra training was provided for any member of staff not in the know. Brilliant communication and so on the ball with her ever-changing and endless medication. I don’t think we could have done it without them. I genuinely cannot thank and recommend them enough. We have had the experience with other care agencies and none have come close to standards that Independent Homecare has set, they truly stand out in how they provide real care.

We have been delighted with the service provided over the last two years. All the carers without exception have been brilliant with Mum, even when she was in a grumpy mood! The company always alerted us promptly when there were issues. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. They stepped the service even further up when things became difficult in the last weeks before Mum moved to a nursing home.

As Mum's condition became worse, they couldn't have been more caring, and the concern shown was exemplary. They were more friends to Mum than carers with hearts of gold.

She had four visits a day for personal care and meal preparation. Sometimes if she was poorly we needed 24-hour cover, which isn't really what this company was set up for, but they always rose to the challenge meet our needs. I know mum really looked forward to seeing the different ladies who'd come into look after her and it was very touching to see several of the staff come to her recent funeral. I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Homecare. Thank you so much for everything.

The carers are friendly, helpful, considerate and professional. They are also smart and arrive on time. The carers have always treated my mother with dignity and respect and assisted her with all of her needs. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others. Following my stroke in mid-June this year, I received, for a short while, observations from the local council team which ceased in mid-July following my good recovery. Since that time, it was decided to continue with daily observation from the Independent Homecare Team on just a half hour schedule. The two carers who visit me over Monday to Friday (no weekend visit) are first class. During which time, are able to undertake various household chores to keep me tidy, so to speak, first class and very caring and so friendly.

The whole family were pleased with the care and support that was shown to my Nan at a very difficult time. Nan had the same, lovely carer every day who helped her to get up and ready for the day. It was a big help to all of us as we were unable to do it ourselves during the week. The ladies in the office were always on hand with any question we had or to add extra help in when we needed it, even at short notice.
