Our family will be forever grateful for the time, support and dedication we received.

Staff were fantastic caring for my Dad for over 4 years, during which my mum also had dementia and showed them both great kindness and dignity. They were very skilled and professional and a lifeline to me managing the situation, we were all as a family very well supported. Really positive attitude, very skilled and committed and often went above and beyond. Can't rate them highly enough!

Mum sadly passed away 10 weeks before dad and the girls were so good to dad supporting him in his grief, cooking meals for him and tried to keep him positive. Would definitely recommend them.

My partner's mum was on end of life care for approx 6 months, the carers were amazing with her and the family, always going over and beyond with keeping her comfortable and always managing to get a smile from her even on her very bad days. She was always treated with kindness and above all dignity. So thank you to all your staff who cared for her, you deserve medals for the job you do and you always arrive cheery at every visit. Thank you from all the family.

My father's care from Jane Care was outstanding. Each carer was professional, spotting health issues and advising what we needed to do to treat them, but as importantly they loved him as if he was their own family. They exceeded our expectations in cooking, washing and cleaning and created a wonderful bond with their jokes and stories. Even at his most ill, their arrival always triggered a grin and their concern and help extended to his family as well. They were all wonderful ladies.

Can not fault them. They all were amazing carers for my mum, very helpful and polite. Plus they were very gentle with my mum. Thank you so much for the help. If I could give 10 stars and not five stars, I would do that in a heartbeat. Absolutely amazing carers.

Staff very friendly, did what we asked. Kept dad's dignity. They came 4 times a day. The 3 girls that came in the day relaxed dad, they helped him a lot. Lady night carer was lovely too. Would recommend this company.

Jane Care has been very caring for my husband, we would highly recommend them, all the staff were very caring to the whole family. They went above and beyond with everything they helped us with. Well done Jane Care, you were there when I needed your help, and nothing was too much trouble.

I can't speak too highly of Jane Care and the care and love they gave to my 105-year-old mother was outstanding. Nothing was too much for them and mum got to know them well as on the whole, we were lucky to have the same carers most of the time. All the carers were professional, and respectful and treated mum with dignity and respect. Not only were they good to mum but they were caring and helpful to me, and my family members always felt they were friends and not just carers for mum and we miss seeing them now.

My husband was bedbound with vascular parkinsons and vascular dementia and we were fortunate to get Jane Care. Their carers were exceptional, so caring respectful and very professional. From the moment they entered our home, I knew my husband would be in safe hands and I was right. If the carers had any concerns about him they could advise me to contact our GP or the district nurse. Their cheery manner and sense of humour brightened his day and he was at ease with every carer. Sadly my husband passed away recently and we miss seeing his wonderful carers. I have no hesitation in recommending Jane Care to anyone considering care for a loved one.

The carers were wonderful with Mum. They became Mum's friends whom she loved their visits. They treat Mum with the utmost dignity at all times. Would recommend this company and as a family we feel that we couldn't have got through this without them.

The care my wife received was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, including making sure I was ok as well. All these carers are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The care given to our mum was superb, not just care and dignity given to Mum but the team looked out for us also.

From day one, the carers have been very supportive and helpful. Every carer that attends, whether the regular core or less frequent visitors are always calm, cheerful and attentive. The calmness particularly is so important with clients like Mum. I appreciate them all being as gentle as possible where anxiety is an issue. They are a great group of people. Jane Care provided care for my Mum for 6 weeks when she came home from hospital. They were absolutely amazing and we could not have managed without them. They were always so kind, practical, and thoughtful. We became very fond of them all and my Mum looked forward to them coming. The night care was also an absolute God-send. Thank you so much for all you do.

All of the staff were lovely. They went way above and beyond the call of duty in caring for our elderly parents.
