The standard and quality of care provided has been excellent. All the carers who attended our house showed great compassion and attention to detail. If any small change of timing of visits was needed this was always well communicated to us in advance. The friendly yet professional approach to the job was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Jane Care.

Jane Care looked after my husband when he left the hospital after a stroke in February 2015 until his death in March 2021. Their staff are capable, caring and friendly; they always cheered him up. If something was wrong, they noticed, got on well with the rest of the family and were willing to adjust their timetable if necessary. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and we will miss seeing them.

I was very impressed with each member of the care team who looked after my husband. They were kind and conscientious and they treated my husband with dignity and friendliness.

Mum was treated throughout her end-of-life care with good dignity and respect. The carers were all wonderful and supportive throughout. Very many thanks.

During the most difficult time of my life caring for my husband, the carers gave me the support I needed. It was as though they had been handpicked for me. Their professional care was second to none and only surpassed by the warmth and affection they showed to me. I felt as if I had known them forever, even though it was just a short time.

All of the staff who provided care from my father were exceptional individuals, displaying compassion, care and empathy during a very difficult and distressing period.

The ladies from Jane Care were beautiful, kind people. They cared for my husband with love. They made him laugh even when he was so weak and unwell he enjoyed their visits.

We did not however always the relevant overnight sitter information from the office and had to chase them up.

We would like to thank the girls at Jane Care for their dedication while looking after my Mum. They were always so kind and considerate not only to my Mum but to my Dad as well. They always cheered Mum up on their visits, we could hear the laughter from downstairs. On the day of Mum's funeral, the girls came to say goodbye, such is their thoughtfulness. Thank you again.

Jane Care organised the care package for my wife speedily, efficiently and sympathetically. The carers treated my wife with love, sympathy and attention far beyond anything I expected. Jane care staff took an enormous burden off my shoulders at one of the worst times. The ongoing support and kindness of staff was unbelievably wonderful.

My Mum received visits four times a day from the wonderful care staff. They were always considerate, appropriate, and caring towards my Mum. They informed us who would be visiting, and we had the same staff for a whole day of care, they would also tell us who was on duty the next day. They also showed my Dad and I care and compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A massive thank you.

Most of the staff have been very considerate and caring towards my mother, just a shame a few are letting the team down.
