The standard and quality of care provided has been excellent. All the carers who attended our house showed great compassion and attention to detail. If any small change of timing of visits was needed this was always well communicated to us in advance. The friendly yet professional approach to the job
was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Jane Care.

My mum received excellent, compassionate care and we were able to fully trust the carers to deliver the best service. Communication between carers, their management and family was also excellent.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Jane Care looked after my husband when he left the hospital after a stroke in February 2015 until his death in March 2021. Their staff are capable, caring and friendly; they always cheered him up. If something was wrong, they noticed, got on well with the rest of the family and were willing to adjust
their timetable if necessary. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and we will miss seeing them.

During the most difficult time of my life caring for my husband, the carers gave me the support I needed. It was as though they had been handpicked for me. Their professional care was second to none and only surpassed by the warmth and affection they showed to me. I felt as if I had known them forever,
even though it was just a short time.

I was very impressed with all the care staff. They gave wonderful care and attention to my mother. I could not fault anyone who came to the house.
We did not however always the relevant overnight sitter information from the office and had to chase them up.

We would like to thank the girls at Jane Care for their dedication while looking after my Mum. They were always so kind and considerate not only to my Mum but to my Dad as well. They always cheered Mum up on their visits, we could hear the laughter from downstairs. On the day of Mum's funeral, the girls
came to say goodbye, such is their thoughtfulness. Thank you again.

Jane Care organised the care package for my wife speedily, efficiently and sympathetically. The carers treated my wife with love, sympathy and attention far beyond anything I expected. I would like to say a huge thank you to the carers who helped care for my grandfather for the last few weeks of his life. They where both professional, polite, friendly, caring ladies who treated my grandfather with the utmost respect and dignity.
They supported us by doing the caring which we needed.
Both carers are an absolute credit to Jane Care.

My Mum received visits four times a day from the wonderful care staff. They were always considerate, appropriate, and caring towards my Mum. They informed us who would be visiting, and we had the same staff for a whole day of care, they would also tell us who was on duty the next day. They also showed
my Dad and I care and compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A massive thank you.

Jane Care were always kind, caring, respectful and supportive during my mother’s progressive illness. Friendly and caring staff that we couldn’t fault. Mum always loved the interactions and banter but not always wanting the full care as her illness progressed and her energy decreased. Staff could not
have been more supportive to our family throughout their time with us.
Thank you so much to our brilliant support team for helping Mum and us through this difficult period.

After agreeing with Jane Care to take over my mothers care they failed to turn up on the first morning.
Staff eventually arrived late in the afternoon and apologised, explaining that they had the wrong address from the office.
My brother tried to contact the office earlier in the morning, but neither
the office or emergency phone were answered, only a machine at weekends.
The staff had no contact details for my brother or the house to contact us.
Rang Mum to ask how she was tonight at 6pm and found her getting ready for bed.
Care schedule states put to bed around 7pm. I feel that mum may be being taken advantage of with having limited memory and early-onset dementia.
Most of the staff have been very considerate and caring towards my mother, just a shame a few are letting the team down.

When my mother came for palliative care I was deeply concerned for her welfare as she is completely bed-bound after suffering a major stroke and heart attack. However, I have found the care and support given by the staff at Jane Care to be of the highest standard. They are always prepared to go the
extra mile, showing mother genuine care and affection which my Mother also greatly appreciates.
