We have been very satisfied with the help we receive from the carers, though they get 'messed' around by the management.

The services provided are really very good.

Overall Experience
My husband was sadly diagnosed with cancer in November 2016, after surgery he came home and had wonderful support from Caremark.
As his condition deteriorated further and he came towards the last stages of life, Caremark's staff became even more necessary.
The care my husband and I received from Caremark was truly outstanding.
The carers were outstanding - they were exemplary in every way.
They were kind, caring, well-trained and very, very decent people.
They would talk to my husband (who was in a very deep sleep) and tell him gently what they were doing. I thought that was very important - they treated him with dignity and compassion.
They also made time for me, they spoke to me and reassured me. Nothing was too much trouble.

Caremark are wonderful.

Caremark always take the best care of my Husband when they come morning and evening to dress and shower him.

He likes all the carers that come.

Caremark have been attending to my needs since November 2014 - they are truly dedicated hard working group of people who endeavour to give the best care possible. Having been a carer for 8 years in a nursing home myself I know how important it is to be treat with dignity and respect. Changing personal care assistants - sometimes having 4 different carers in one day not always turning up at the correct time as stated on the rota - I have to repeat myself over and over again concerning things to deal with finance and my individual careplan - I am self funding - I still do not understand how anyone from government down can justify the ever increasing prices carehomes and companies private or otherwise charge - but hey lets not get political - overall the carers I have are excellent at their job, well done and long may it continue - so from me to the carers management and staff - thank you for everything you do - I really do appreciate it.
