Have only recently taken the sevices of perfect care but I am extremly happy with the services and commitment that the carer has given to my husband having someone giving him a shower and a shave and staying with him for a couple of hours while I pop out has made me feeling that at last someone is giving me the help and support that I need.

Following previous bad experience with other care providers I can highly recommend Perfect Care.

The management team have been engaging listened to my mum and mines needs and catered a support package which suits my mum perfectly.All Carers are friendly,professional,understanding,positive and talkative which is what is required for someone who is housebound they also keep me updated of visits and provide regular feedback.Would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others great service !

Best decision we made as a family was giving this agency their 2 weeks notice!. We have gave them so many opportunities over the last few months to turn things around. Unfortunately they never did. We have had staff turn up at my parents at lunch time to carry out a morning call. One member of staff even fabricated his notes stating he was helping my dad to shower when in fact he never actually did. Both my parents went so many days without any personal care being carried out at all.There was a small amount of carers who were really great at their jobs. Although management would only put these carers on occasionally due to staff sickness, holidays etc. Even though I repeatability asked over and over again if they would let them do the morning calls at my parents. They always refused to do so. Giving so many excuses as to why they could not. Despite the carers them selves stating they would love to do so and would appreciate more Calls. Even the agencies manger was of no use at all.

Overall Experience

I am pleased with the 3 day visits from the carers by giving my husband a shower in the bath a job that I am not able to do myself. If I should fall doing this task, it would be the end of us both. I manage all other tasks put in front of me - my husband has had Parkinson's for 16 years. Then on top the supra-pubic catheter fitting makes it hard - but we work together.

Overall Experience

We are very happy with the service all carers polite and friendly they help as much as they can and arrive more or less on time they make his meals that he asks for and clean up. There's not a single issue I can think of.

Overall Experience

Excellent service for mom who has vascular dementia and Alzheimer's, carers are kind, caring, compassionate, good communication with mom and family, helped with prescriptions for mom where possible, and kept informed of what was happening with mom's care. Would recommend the service to other service users and families.

Overall Experience
We engaged your services to help with mum and her medications earlier this year and we have been more than happy with the service provided. Recently mum had a fall and Jess stayed with mum until the paramedics and family members arrived after informing us of what had happened she is a credit to you all
Mum also was very fond of Alex whom she had a great relationship with
Both Alex and Jess attended mums funeral as she sadly passed away last month which we thought was lovely
They both took the time to meet with us all and say how they enjoyed looking after mum and will miss her
These two young people are outstanding caring and compassionate people and are a huge credit to your service and we as a family are grateful that mum was looked after by them both
Please ensure this message is relayed to them, as they deserve to be recognised for their outstanding care

My Mum has been with the company over a year and I've some serious concerns over the care she received. There is little communication between management and carers. I've enquired about issues with carers many times that managers knew nothing about. Mum had a fall while out with her carer, it wasn't reported back to the company or myself. Carers regularly do 40 minutes or less out of their hour rota and then leave. Had a carer take their sick child in on their care visit. One carer refused to take mums wheelchair out with her and took Mum out with a stick which Mum never uses. Carers constantly complained about each other, the company, other patients. There was no connection between Mums needs and carers sent. She would often get carers with no car to take her shopping or someone who didn't like to do laundry so it would get left. Some carers better than others, some shouldn't be carers. One carer sat scrolling on her phone for 40 minutes out of an hour while Mum tried to chat to her.

Perfect Care has been the care company looking after my elderly father for several years now and without the daily carers going in and professionally looking after him every day he wouldn't be able to live as independently as he does. The carers often go above and beyond what's on their checklist of tasks to do, they are the eyes and ears of relatives that are not able to always be hands on themselves.

They keep us well informed of any issues we may need to know about and work well with the office team as well.

Overall Experience

I cared for my wife for the last few months of her life at home, which was her wish. Had 2 carers morning and evening, they were brilliant, so gentle, friendly and professional. I could see that they genuinely care and also the support and advice they gave me to care for my wife helped a great deal such special people of whom I'm eternally grateful too.

I have only been using Perfect Care for a short time but I have found both carers that have come to our home very friendly and have put my husband at ease. I would recommend Perfect Care to anyone.

The original carer did not fit our needs but when I informed the office they quickly changed and understood our needs and we are happy with new carer.

Overall Experience
Some excellent carers but unfortunately I slipped whilst being assisted to shower. I have suffered much pain and spent thousands of pounds as a result. I had broken my hip and my knee and am now attempting to walk with an aid.
Very disappointed.

Some young, poor staff were clueless.
