Overall Experience
It's almost a year now since I have been receiving care from Pleasant. I have mental health difficulties and used to be depressed and lacked motivation. But now I feel great. Positive, confident and energised with the help or care and support received from Pleasant. All team members are highly motivated, dedicated, kind, caring and passionate carers. So very friendly and kind. They cheer me up, encourage me, talk to me. I look forward to them, they play games with me - spell check is my favourite. Manager checks and supervises if I am Ok. They create positive atmosphere. I feel very happy and safe.

I am very grateful for them.

My aunt has been receiving daily care for several years now from this agency. There have been many times when she has become unwell and changes made to her care during which carers have responded appropriately and always with sensitivity, empathy and professionalism. The manager is the same and has proved to be an excellent communicator always trying to do the very best for service users/family and accommodate their wishes.

Carers have proved to be kind, reliable and excellent timekeepers.

My son has been receiving care from Pleasant Home care for over a period of 2 years now. I am very happy and pleased with the care provided.

Carers are very caring and friendly. They handle my son gently and do their best for him. The management has always been caring and helpful. I feel free to talk to them. They monitor and supervise care delivery and check up. A very professional team of caring people.

I have been receiving care from Pleasant Home Healthcare since more than a year now and I am very pleased and satisfied with the care provided. Carers are very helpful, kind, caring, friendly and thoughtful. The management are very pleasant, friendly and professional. They monitor the staff and effectively take care of my changing care needs, by revising the care package promptly and ensure it's quickly implemented. A very pleasant team.

Overall Experience

Pleasant Home Healthcare is a professionally run service operating to high standards. The management has been flexible to meet our changing requirements to meet my father in law's needs. My husband needed to be discharged from the hospital and we contacted Pleasant Home Healthcare Ltd. The management arranged care visits promptly and contacted social services for the right equipment. The carers were very trained and experienced and handled him gently and were very kind and friendly - very professional team.

Overall Experience
I am very pleased with the Care provided by Pleasant Homecare. Very Professional and caring service. The carers have been very kind and caring.They are friendly and motivational. They take good care of my Nutrition and Hydration and personal Hygiene. I enjoy have a good conversation and always look forward to seeing them.

The management has been great. They check and endure all my care needs are well met and that is very reassuring.

Overall Experience

Excellent service provided by Pleasant Care. The management team are proactive in the care that they provide to my dad and act swiftly to changing circumstances. The carers are helpful and communicative. They have a 'can do' attitude and are always happy to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Overall Experience
My wife was content with the staff and backup when needed.
Social Services and Pleasant make a great team.
Since my wife returned from the hospital the Pleasant management has been very cooperative and helpful to communicate with social services, occupational therapy and GP services to put all she required in place.

My wife loved her carers, and when she was in their care it gave me time to go shopping and I felt relaxed.

Overall Experience

I recently transferred to Pleasant Home Healthcare after being let down very badly by my previous care company. Pleasant Home Healthcare immediately stepped in and took over my care at a very difficult time for me and have made me feel relaxed and stress free. The carers are very friendly and have provided an excellent service while striving to maintain my dignity at all times. They have promoted my independence by encouraging me to take part in my own care, but are always there to assist or take over if necessary without making me feel inadequate. They are happy to prepare something for me to eat or drink on each visit and always seem to find time for a chat. They communicate well with my husband and are always up to date regarding my 'peaks' and 'troughs'. I am grateful to the staff for making me feel part of the human race again rather than someone who is an obstruction.

I am very pleased and happy with the care I am receiving from Pleasant Home Healthcare. Carers are very courteous and very pleasant to talk to and very pleasant to have them come to my house. I appreciate their friendliness and kindness. I have a very pleasant communication with the management and there have never been any difficulties. They help me be independent in my own home. They help me relax and be happy.

Overall Experience

I received care from Pleasant Home Healthcare upon discharge from hospital. The carers were very pleasant, very professional and very helpful. The timekeeping was very good and I was very satisfied. Management was very helpful and approachable, they used to monitor and check if everything was ok and gave all the necessary support. Receiving care from a very caring team helped positively to recover well in time.

Overall Experience

We have been using care services from Pleasant Home Healthcare since we changed from the previous provider 13 months ago. There has been a complete change in my daughter's mood which is positive and makes her cooperate with the carers better. As my daughter suffers from Downs Syndrome, carers need to be patient and friendly, which was not so with the previous provider. We are happy that carers come on time in the morning, as my daughter gets picked up to go to Day Centre. The management have been supportive and approachable and accommodated time change requests as per our needs.

Overall Experience

Was very pleased with the services from Pleasant Home Healthcare. The carers always come on time, were very happy and kept me motivated and gave me hope and encouragement. They made me feel better about my situation, of a night time, they would get me settled and make me feel comfortable ready for a good nights sleep, this really eased my anxiety and left me relaxed. Having the care from Pleasant Home Healthcare arranged very quickly by the management, meant I could come home and be with my family, somewhere I could start to recuperate.

I have been receiving care from Pleasant Home Care for almost two years now. I am very pleased and happy with the care. Carers are very kind and friendly. They listen and talk to me, treat me with respect and dignity.

The management has been helpful on meeting my needs, monitoring carers. On the occasion when I was unwell, when they arrived, the carer called for an ambulance and the assistance was very helpful. I feel safe with their care.

I enjoy talking to them and having them around.
