We have always had a well-trained, efficient and pleasant carer. Their skills include cheerful chatter which is much appreciated. Our only criticism is the arrival of fortnightly invoices - would prefer to pay monthly.
Thank you for your most kind review. I will look into your concern regarding invoices and see what we can do to improve this for you.
Very helpful and competent visitors. Always pleasant and friendly.
Thank you for your most kind review. We are pleased you are happy with the service you receive.
Eden Care found a live in carer very quickly as my neighbour was to be discharged from hospital and unable to look after herself.
I have met the owner, the manager and, of course, the carer. This organisation has strong ethical values and very reasonable charges (in an area where many companies feel they can charge what they like).
The care has been first class. My neighbour was given three days to live in March. It is now September and, despite being bedbound, is physically and mentally strong. Her care package has played a very big part in this success story.
Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are pleased you are happy with the service provided.
We have found Eden Care At Home to be extremely helpful in every way. All the staff involved with my husbands care could not be more helpful and do their best to make him as comfortable as possible.
When I found a need for additional care in the early evening they were initially unable to meet my needs. This is when I went to Eden Care At Home who provided me care in April this year. I have found both care providers excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending either to prospective future clients. I had no hesitation in going to them for such help.
We are extremely pleased with the service my mother is receiving and we are particularly impressed with the person currently providing her care.
Eden Care At Home come daily to bath, shave and dress my father. My mum who is 83 was struggling with doing it herself and it had all become too much. Now the day is started in a much less stressful way and sets the tone for the rest of the day.
Eden Care At Home also come in 3 nights and get my dad ready for bed, this gives me a break as I usually do it in the evenings. Eden Care At Home help my mum and I to keep dad in his own home and alleviate the physical and emotional stress of dealing with dad's dementia.
All the carers that come in are polite and friendly. They leave everything tidy, are efficient in their jobs, not always on time but that can't always be helped. Usually, receive a phone call if going to be really late. I like the fact that most carers are the same people week after week.
We asked for care on a Friday and received care from Monday - which was good flexibility and service. For the first few months, I had a different carer nearly every day. This was unsettling due to my dementia and it wasted time having to explain what to do. We had a few problems with carers being late but these sessions were deducted from the bill or resolved. Now I always have the same carer with good timekeeping most of the time which is so much better.
Thank you for your review Arthur, I am glad you are happy with the service and carers.
I live alone (aged 87 years). I suffer from a damaged sense of taste caused by radiotherapy. I also suffered from an acute bout of respiratory infection in early January which affected my eating. The care I received helped improve my eating. The staff were all efficient, polite and helpful. I recovered sufficiently from lots of care after three weeks.
Thank you for your review James, it is lovely to hear that through our carers you have improved in your health.
Very good and hard working. Friendly.
Thank you for your kind review, it is lovely to hear that you are happy with the carers and the service they provide.
Eden Care visits my mum for one hour of personal care assistance every day. Generally, the carers are good. One or two are exceptional. I do feel more dementia training is required with some but in general, the care so far is good. It's important an agency can communicate well with client family members. Eden Care do this very well.
Very satisfied, lovely carers and very helpful.
Mum is pleased with the care she is receiving. The girls listen to her and she feels able to talk to them. They ask whether any extra tasks are needed which is a help.
Glad to hear you are pleased with the care your mother recieves. Thank you for your review.
My experience has been very good with no complaints.
Thank you for you kind words. We are pleased you are satisfied with your care. Long may it continue.
No one is perfect - hence my highest praise is good instead of excellent!
We communicate well with the office and I feel I am listened to. They are as flexible as they can be to help with the hours we get.
Thank you for your kind review. It is lovely to hear that you are happy with your carers and the work that they do.
All the carers who attended to my beloved mum were kind, friendly, punctual, caring but most of all treated my mum with utmost dignity and respect. They were a pleasure to welcome into my mum's home.
Thank you very much for your most kind review. I'm pleased that your mother and the family have been happy with the care received.
Endless changing of times (and to some extent carers) is a great nuisance and annoyance. Otherwise Ok.
I have had excellent care for almost a year. The team of carers I have had have been kind and considerate to my needs and at all times have treated me with respect.
Thank you so much for taking the time to fill in a review card.
We are so pleased that you were happy with the carers that visited you over the course of the year and that they were able to meet your requirements. Thank you again.
Best wishes.
