My wife has three visits per day from Eden Care and the standard of care is excellent and we are very happy with Eden Care. Our one frustration is what appears to be a lack of communication within the office.

The staff are good, some are excellent, but all are good. Some take all the time allotted and worry if my husband is having problems which we have had, others try to hurry to catch up. All very nice and have no complaints, some have never been here before and need help in getting going as they have
to show them the ropes, all are kind and very willing.

I go to the class for just 1 hour per week. It has not improved my ability to walk independently but gets me out and in touch with others. I shall be 98 in August. No doubt the exercises we do are beneficial.

Eden Care took very good care of Mum, having four visits daily towards the end of her life. She passed away on 16th April 2017.


They were very kind and we cannot fault them.

Had an introduction with carer to visit my daughter. Went very well. Second meeting carer booked my daughter for a couple of hours. My daughter was looking forward to it and enjoyed it very much. The carer had a very warm manner looking forward to a lovely friendship.

The service (and care) I have received has been very very good.
The staff who have come to my home have without exception, been excellent both in terms of attitude and in the amount of care provided.

The care was to help my wife who had MND (motor neurone disease), with personal care and light household duties. Our regular carer was superb. When she was unavailable (rest days or holidays) other carers were provided at the regular times, nearly always someone who we knew, so no time needed for them
to learn what was required. Carers were well trained and very professional. When my wife's condition suddenly deteriorated to life threatening the regular carer was present and responded instantly to summon the ambulance and do everything possible to help me.

Could not be happier with the service we, and most importantly, my father has received from Eden Care. They stepped in very quickly when we needed help after my mother passed away.
He is very happy with all the carers that visit and this a great comfort to me as I work full time.
I wouldn't hesitate
to recommend Eden Care, they have been a great support to our family.

The care provided is to assist my aunt in taking a bath. This involves seeing her safely upstairs (she has suffered a stroke) into the bath using a seat to lower in. After washing, the carer helps to dry and dress her and see her safely settled downstairs. They then tidy the bathroom, this service is
provided twice a week.
The carers are always very friendly and efficient. They always make sure my aunt is happy and settled before leaving.

My husband and I were in respite care following my stay in hospital and needed some care before being able to return home on our own. Eden Care at Home fitted this bill well with the flexibility they offered. The carers who came were very pleasant willing and helpful. They prepared meals, dealt with
clothes washing, bedding and many other jobs. The care Eden Care at Home gave us was exactly what was required and was well pleased.
