High praise indeed for all the members of the team who supported my dad when he was at his most vulnerable following an accident. I will never be able to thank them enough. They have an amazing co-ordinator.

Overall Experience

We found the Bluebird care was excellent! My mother-in-law wanted to die in her home. Bluebird provided daily care to begin with and then my mother-in-law needed full time live in care. The carer was perfect for my mother-in-law. The carer was patient and had a calming effect on my mother-in-law, she was respectful and when handling her to move her, she was gentle. The carer was a great support to my husband and l and took the pressure off of us. We couldn’t have done it without them.

Overall Experience

After an urgent release from hospital for my terminally ill mother, Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey went above and beyond the call of duty. I was able to meet with the relevant team and staff who gently and expertly guided us patiently through the whole process.

High quality provision was enabled swiftly and without delay and in my opinion could not have been enacted any more promptly due to the seriousness of the situation. The live-in care is outstanding and already a strong bond has been forged between my mother and her carer. Safety, trust and honesty has been shown and now I can drive back to Norfolk feeling happy that my mother is well cared for and I have respected her wishes to remain at home.

Overall Experience

First time using this carer’s service. So far receiving attentive and excellent care. The carer arrives on time and is efficient and helpful to my father-in-law. He was wary at first and now he is so happy to have this valued service.

Overall Experience

The service provided was top quality, and every carer that my uncle had was very professional. They always completed any tasks in time and stayed with my uncle a couple of times when he’d fallen, and they had been instructed to call an ambulance. Communication between myself and the office was very good - always felt valued. My uncle liked whichever carer he had; they were all lovely.

Bluebird are efficient and always try their best to give the care needed. Carers are usually polite, respectful and very caring when dealing with my father. Generally very happy with their service.

Overall Experience

We have been very impressed with the care (in my mum's home) provided by Bluebird, Winchester since they started in August 2021. The reason we think so highly of Bluebird is they use a fairly small team of carers for continuity purposes, we are always notified in advance of the timings which helps reassure my mum of 93yrs. All carers have treated my mum with dignity, care and respect. They are happy to do anything she wishes for the hour she has them. The communication has been very good with the managers and office - if we needed to change any timings etc. Everyone has put mum at ease and reassured us. Thank you.

Overall Experience

I am very pleased with the carers that come into my home. This morning I was talking to my carer about the exercise she was doing and the progress she was making. This motivated me to start using my handcycle again, I hadn't used it for several weeks because of illness. I will continue to exercise and compare my results with hers.

Overall Experience

We have a very positive experience of using the carers supplied by Bluebird. All carers treat our mother with kindness, good humour consideration and a good level of care. They are always willing and enthusiastic and we have developed good relations with the principal carers. Of course it's a sadness that we have had to introduce a care plan to support our mother's day-to-day needs but the quality of care she now receives reassures us we have done the right thing.

My aunty lost her husband in April 2020, she had already been diagnosed with the onset of Alzheimer's and unfortunately being in lockdown meant she was not able to go out and see people, this made her very low in mood she lost weight and started going to bed at all times, she then started having falls, so we arranged for Bluebird care to came in every day in the mornings to help with some personal care but mainly to give my aunty some companionship.
Within the first week of having Bluebird Care, we could see a difference in my aunties mood.
As my aunties dementia started to get worse we increased the care package. Bluebird Care were very helpful and arrange everything for us.
The carers that visited my aunty were compassionate and caring and always communicated any concerns they had with me.

My husband and I are very grateful for the help that Bluebird Care gave us.

Overall Experience

Both carers that attended were fantastic. They were very caring and efficient. They did exactly what was required of them and were always cheerful. They also let me know when they were coming each day so I could prepare my wife's dinner on time. My wife really enjoyed their company too.

Overall Experience

My husband had a serious fall resulting in a broken collar bone, four broken ribs, cracked pelvis and cracked left hip bone. I was also unwell. The carers transformed our lives. Excellent care, generosity of spirit, empathy and reassurance. I could not have coped without them and my husband and I felt completely supported in every way. Losing our son so tragically added to our problems, but the sympathy from the carers helped us cope.
