I have been consistently disappointed by the attention to detail and coordination. I have raised significant concerns with the management team who appeared to be unable to communicate amongst themselves which is led to some incidents where I have lost faith in this company. We are quite early in adopting them as a care provider and with their assurances I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
The carers themselves appear to be fine. That said with 14 different people over a one week period for both my parents the continuity is really very poor. despite request to improve this this has not happened yet. I remain to be convinced that this is the right company for us, but hopefully things will improve in the coming weeks.

I contacted Bluebird Care with a view to becoming a client. Had an immediate response with an appointment set up for consultation with the manager. I found the manager very easy to talk to which helped with my nervousness. The system was explained to me and we set up a schedule which suited me. I was surprised how many things Bluebird Care will do. So far my carers have been really nice and helpful, and I feel that I will have the support I need to continue living independently.

Having been helped last year after a hip replacement I once again sought the care from Bluebird after a fall resulting in a pelvis fracture. They have been coming to help me shower three times a week since late Februry and will continue until late April. I am an early riser so its wonderful finding someone to come at 7am. The carers are so cosiderate and ready to please. It all works efficiently and I am grateful for the service. I would heartily recommend Bluebird if and when you may need help.

What you aim to achieve and DO achieve is excellent but there are a few niggles about communication which I have already spoken about and which I hope are being dealt with The classification of outstanding is probably well deserved, I have nothing to compare it with. I do know that the care and attention I have received is very good and the front line staff e.g. the carers are outstanding.I thank them all.

We've been using Bluebird for a couple of years to provide support to our parents. Firstly in their own home to support independence. When my father moved into a nursing home (at 95), the support continued to mum to help her continue to live independently. This evolved in time to support with her move into 'retirement living', with three visits a day and more personal care. And in January 2025 evolved again into support as she moved into a nursing home at 91. Throughout, Bluebird has adapted to multiple developing needs, provided genuinely caring staff, and kept us very well informed. It's placed our parents at the heart of decision making. And on several occasions, where there have been falls, its calm staff have literally saved lives. A wonderful organisation who we cannot praise highly enough. Despite mum now being in a nursing home, she continues to have twice weekly bluebird support sessions, focussed on companionship and getting her out into the wider community

Bluebird have helped us with regular and not-so-regular jobs, which has been great - such as ironing, vacuuming, trips to the tip when arranged in advance, and bed-making. We have also been for short walks sometimes (when it's not been raining), which helps my arthritis a bit when we have the time. The people who visit have been very helpful, polite and friendly.

I have been with Bluebird Care for around three weeks and am very pleased with my carers, they are excellent, especially two carers, in particular, not only are they great at there job and very professional but are kind and considerate and enjoy a laugh and good conversation. Also, the office team are also great to talk too and very helpful and keep my doctor up to speed on what's going on. I first met the customer care specialist as she visited me at home and did my assessment and I think she has always been helpful too. Great bunch of people all round.

Care assistants are professional, caring and understanding. The management listened to our father's needs and matched the care team well. Actually, this review refers to the last four years of superb live-in care from the same carer who has been with my 95-year-old mother since 2020. He is completely professional with attention to all aspects of care but is sensitively and intuitively caring to an extraordinary degree and has created a safe and relaxed ambience that allows my mother to thrive. She has severe dementia but he understands her changing needs and adapts to them and she is happier and more relaxed than I have ever known her.

I am the attorney for two elderly sisters who have spent several months in the hospital, and their overwhelming wish has been to return to their own homes. It has been a very difficult process trying to meet their wishes, and at the same time, ensure they are safe at home. None of this could have been achieved without the hard work and professionalism of Bluebird, in particular, two ladies. They have adjusted the care plan as circumstances changed and have been a huge support to me. They have kept me fully involved at all times, and I am grateful for all their support.

Very pleased with carers when Mum came home from hospital/respite. Friendly, kind but firm with mum - they got her to have a shower! Very understanding and always willing to chat with her. Very pleasant and gave helpful advice. Would definitely use them again.

All of the ladies who have come to help my wife in the morning have been very helpful and supportive. The ladies who provide the respite care for my wife once a week, are also very caring. My wife enjoys her time with them, and it gives me a little break.
