My twin sisters have been cared for by bluebird for many years now. The care they receive is always as I would expect it to be. My sisters are so happy all the time and they love their carer who lives with them so much. The whole team are so kind caring and friendly, from the office staff to the wonderful
carers who go out daily to all clients. I have full trust in them to make sure my sisters always feel comfortable happy and cared for with dignity. Thank you bluebird for everything you do, not just for my sisters but for us as a whole family. Without you by our side things wouldn't run as smoothly as they do for my sisters. You really are amazing people and everyone should know this!!!

We worked with Bluebird Care Greenwich from 2023-2025 to support care of our mother in her home. We started with 1 visit per day. As Mum's care needs increased, we progressed to 2, then 3, then 4 visits per day, adding in support with personal care. Over time the Bluebird team worked with us to make
sure Mum's needs were met as her mental capacity and her mobility declined. Bluebird also supported us during times when Mum was in hospital, making sure they were ready to restart visits when she returned home. For a brief time they provided a live-in carer, before Mum moved to a residential facility. Siham, the manager of Bluebird Greenwich, was particularly thoughtful and helpful, including making constructive suggestions for how to approach and organize care to support Mum's needs effectively. I would recommend Bluebird Greenwich to anyone needing to organize in-home care, for themselves or for a relative. They did a very good job and helped us enormously.

My father in law is very fussy. Bluebird carers have worked so well with him.
Allowing them to provide great care for him.
Always polite and friendly.
He is happy it's the carers and the consistency of carers is so important, which we get.

Bluebird care are a fantastic care provider.
Nothing is too much for them. Any concerns i have are addressed immediately. All the staff are friendly, kind and professional. My dad is 83 and has Vascular dementia and COPD. He is in very safe hands and gives me peace of mind.

Bluebird Care has been looking after my nan for the last two years and I can't thank or praise them enough for everything they do. Office staff are lovely and helpful and the carers are a godsend. It was not easy to look after my nan from abroad, so we were recommended to use Bluebird Care services
and it was the best decision we made and we know she is in good hands.

Bluebird Care Greenwich have given superb support and care for first my father, who had late stage dementia, and currently my mother who has severe mobility problems.
Their carers have always shown care and respect and built up personal relationships with both my mother and father. They have reflected
the professionalism of the company. The family is particularly grateful to have the manager as the leading contact and the speed she has arranged additional carers when emergencies have arisen. Thank you.

I have been very happy with the support and reassurance I have received whilst relying on Bluebird to care for my parents. The care coordinator in particular has been amazing and has always been available to help us out no matter what day or time. The carers are well trained and have always been approachable
and understanding. My parents knew they were being well looked after and trusted the carers to be there for them. Over the last five years the Bluebird care coordinator, office staff and carers have become a part of our family and we are all grateful for the sensitivity and expertise provided particularly during both difficult and happier times. Thank you Bluebird.

I just wanted to express our thanks to the lovely staff from the supervisors, carers and admin staff they are all a credit to Bluebird.
If they are ever running late (which is very rear) they always call to let us know.
They are lovely and supportive to us all and keep us updated on any needs such
as running low on personal care items.
Bluebird have been absolutely wonderful in the support they have offered especially dealing with dementia.
If you are looking for care l highly recommend you consider this company.

My elderly mother has dementia and has been using Bluebird Care for over six months now - first in her own flat and now living with us - and we couldn't be happier with her carers. They are professional, friendly, punctual, attentive to detail, thoughtful and kind. Bluebird tries to ensure continuity
of carers as far as possible which has been especially helpful to us as my mum needs time to adjust to new things and people. The office is responsive, helpful and supportive. Our Bluebird carers have now become a welcome presence in our home and have helped not only my mum but us to adjust to the new routines of her life with us. I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird to anyone looking for care.

As a family, we feel blessed to have chosen Bluebird Care for our father. As a retired daughter I had no time to enjoy my retirement as I always seemed to be at Dad's, helping and supporting him. We have not looked back once our care package was in place, I feel like I have my life back and visit Dad
to have a chat or take him out. The staff members are so good I cannot praise them enough. I went on holiday without any worry, knowing Dad was being looked after. I highly recommend Bluebird.

It is always difficult to trust a person to care for a loved one. I was in a position where looking after my uncle became too hard so I looked into getting help.
I have so far used Bluebird Care for approx 3 months. In that time I have no problems at all, all the staff truly love their job and as a
result, it shows by the care they provide. There have been times when I have needed help sometimes late at night, I make the call and I get told don’t worry we will sort out the problem and they do. All the staff are so kind and truly care for the people put in their trust. Overall a wonderful company to deal with and great personal care provided. Look no further.
So a big thank you to all Bluebird staff.

At the recommendation of the local council, Bluebird stepped in to help provide care at very short notice. What stands out is their flexibility and willingness to tailor the care to the patient's needs. In addition, the team provide an excellent level of care and the communication back to other family
members is always efficient, prompt and detailed. Thank you to all of the team, I really appreciate everything you have done.

Bluebird Care (Greenwich Branch) have looked after our 88-year-old dad so amazingly well. We as his family do not know where we would be without them. We have 2 incredible carers. One comes in the morning to wash and help dress our dad plus she will clear the kitchen, make him a sandwich and generally
tidy up. The other comes in the evening to get Dad ready for bed, check that he has taken his medication and she will spend time chatting to him. They are both always reliable, kind, cheerful, hardworking and incredibly kind. All our family are so very grateful to them both. The admin staff are extremely professional and thorough. We are very lucky to have found this care agency.

I have used Bluebird Care to support my brother who suffers from dementia. I have been very pleased with the service.
The care manager has been very flexible in meeting our needs.
I value the fact that the same carers regularly attend. My brother is very resistant to having care visits and he is
gradually getting used to the carers and accepting them.
The service has been consistently reliable.
The service manager quickly responds to any issues or queries.
I would very much like my brother to live with us as long as possible. With the flexible care available I feel we will be able to achieve this, increasing domiciliary care as necessary.

Our mum's carer is always on time, patient and sympathetic towards mum. Mum was quite demanding but she did as she was told! Excellent carer. I was always made aware when she was covered by another colleague.
