The team at HCC have consistently gone above and beyond while looking after my father, from coordinating appointments with the local GP and taking him to them, to doing his shopping for him and making sure nothing is going out of date in the fridge. He always seems happier when they have been to see him and their care has enabled him to stay in his house. I heartily recommend them.

Home County Carers have provided excellent personal care support to my Mum, ensuring that she maintains her dignity and independence in her own home. The carers are experienced and provide confident support and encouragement to Mum. The management team is very responsive and access to the daily carers' reports on the App has been invaluable and gives me peace of mind as well as alerting me to any issues. Thank you.

Home Counties Carers provided live in care both night and day topped up with daytime carer break cover for my parents both aged 97 from 2025 to 2026 when both parents died within 5 days of each-other. The care provided was dedicated, compassionate, professional, respectful and filled with love and kindness towards both parents in the twilight of their lives, enabling them to fulfil their stated wish of remaining in their own home for as long as possible.

The primary carers became part of our extended family, they communicated effectively both with our parents, their three daughters and the office consistently to ensure that safety, care and medical issues were raised and dealt with expediently.

We as their daughters have been very impressed with the outstanding care our parents received during the time that HCC was involved with their live-in care and could not recommend them highly enough

Home Counties carers have been providing support and companionship to my mother for some time now. She's come to view the carers as her friends and it's good for me to know that she has company on a daily basis, with the facility to ask for help in daily tasks and personal care.

Home Counties Carers have been amazing, so friendly and helpful. Dad has had their support since February and appreciates a cheerful hello in the morning and their company as well as support. When Dad needed care to leave hospital HCC quickly arranged care so he could leave hospital quickly. HCC also have been great in short term changes, times and providing extra support if needed, the speed of response to requests for additional support has been amazing. The carers are wonderful and so kind to Dad, and he really appreciates seeing them, in his words they are marvellous.

Home Counties Carers were efficient, professional and caring throughout our 3-month association with them. My elderly mother had been my dad's full-time carer, and when she herself had a stoke and had to be hospitalised, HCC came and did a speedy assessment of Dad's needs and matched him up with an excellent carer, who arrived shortly thereafter. They have got along very well and this has been a huge relief of pressure for my sister and I. At all stages, communications have been easy and we have all understood what is expected of us. I would have no hesitation in recommending HCC to other people looking for sensitive care for an elderly loved-one.

For many years now Home County Carers have cared for my mum. For the last four months my mother has been bed bound and the Live In and Home care have been outstanding. Mum has been cared for with compassion, patience, understanding and gentleness which has kept mum comfortable and well cared for. The office team provides professional, helpful advice and are always ready to help. Home County Carers have supported me as well, and I take great comfort and reassurance that Mum is in the best of hands.

Mum has now has a really wonderful Live In carer, also provided by Home Counties, and it's been a considerable source of comfort to me that even though I don't live locally I know that mum is being really well looked after.

We are enormously grateful for the excellent care that my mother has received from Home Counties Carers over the last two years or so. I was dreading finding carers for my fiercely independent 93 year old neighbour, who was returning home after a long time in a care home following a fall, and was adamant she 'didn't need a carer'. We called Home Counties and we knew they were the right team for us. From the outset, they have been professional, proactive and responsive. From the 3 x daily care visits to ad hoc additional 'check ins' from the management team, we have felt supported and reassured that our lovely neighbour is in very good hands. She in turn, is happy and safe in her own home, cared for by a very small bespoke team that she knows well and feels very comfortable with. Behind the scenes, the admin and communication side is very efficient. Alongside the weekly care rota, there is even an app for me to monitor, containing a brief summary of each visit and where any concerns are logged by the carers which is so reassuring. I can't recommend this agency highly enough.

Home Counties Carers provided home visits for my 94-year-old mother for 2 years after she was discharged from hospital following a fall. She initially required twice-daily visits, but this was increased to 3 visits per day, as her needs changed. I found all of her carers and the management team to be endlessly patient, kind, conscientious and quick to respond to any worries. My mother was extremely reluctant to accept any help whatsoever and I was really impressed that they made such an effort to get to know what worked for her so that she became comfortable with them visiting. It gave my family and I great peace of mind to know that she was so well looked after and I would highly recommend them.

We have found that our carer is always efficient, imaginative and caring in all she does. She works well with other agencies who need to be involved. She is well supported by her supervisor at all times.

Home Counties Carers have been providing support for my mother three times a day since January 2024 and once a day for a couple of months before that. All the carers have been kind, caring and attentive to my mother and she really looks forward to their visits. I have found the office staff to be very responsive, efficient and accommodating which made it possible for my mother to attend my daughter’s wedding among other things. I feel very comforted that she is in such good hands.

The personal attention both in the house and from the office has made the changes smooth and much appreciated, particularly as I live several hundred miles away.

My mother was very expertly cared for in her own home by the carers at Home Counties Carers. To start with, carers came once or twice a day to prepare food and over the years this increased to full-time live-in care. The carers were very well supported by the agency in terms of training and record keeping and assessing Mum's needs. It gave us children great peace of mind to know Mum was safe, clean, well-fed, listened to and respected. We could concentrate on doing nice things with Mum knowing that her day-to-day needs were taken care of.

Home Counties continued their care, but showed their support at an especially difficult time for me. They work always on a very human, as well as a highly professional basis. Their care has meant that I have been able to stay in my own home rather than go into some other form of residential care for the elderly. They have been a real Godsend to me.
