Really made a difference for myself and loved one.

Bowland Care look after my cousin who is very isolated and has poor mobility so he is dependent on his carers, I am only able to visit once a week so it is a great comfort to know how well he is being looked after. They always go the extra mile in caring for him and contact me if they have any concerns. I would recommend Bowland Care to anyone, and I hope that if ever I need a carer Bowland will be around. Carers and management alike are friendly, caring and approachable.

Since our father died over a year ago our mother has been a client of Bowland care services. The care has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. I have met several of the carers who have been very warm and friendly and have looked after mum with great thought and care. Communications with carers and managers has been excellent and their record keeping on a daily basis is very detailed. I cannot praise them all highly enough for their brilliant service. It is great to know mum is safe and happy in their care.

Bowland Care, care for my mother and have been superb. The timekeeping of all their staff is spot on and the degree of care is second to none. The owners and senior staff are approachable and always manage to accommodate the needs of my mother and also mine! They have also suggested ways of helping solve health problems, notably use of a neck collar which miraculously seemed to put a stop to the debilitating dizzy spells she was experiencing almost daily and was so distressing. Their staff have also been known to call in to visit my mother while they are on a break just to see her. Any health workers that have visited including social services, ask who my mother has as carers and are always highly complementary and happy when I say it’s Bowland Care. They are obviously well respected by the professionals locally. We as a family are so relieved to have found such wonderful care for our mother which allows us to keep her as independent as possible and stay in her own home. Very happy.

Feedback to the family is prompt and the agency operates a very collaborative style of care so that the client is always at the centre.
