After many negative experiences with other care agencies, it was such a relief to find my Dad carers through Bluebird. Unlike the other agencies, they tailor his visits to the times that suit him, and always put his needs and wishes first. All the carers are so kind, and he enjoys chatting to them and even singing with them! The Bluebird carers have been especially good at recognising developing health problems and contacting Dad's GP or District Nurses as appropriate. Knowing he is being so well cared for has brought the family such peace of mind. I especially appreciate the excellent communication on the part of the Bluebird office, as I'm kept abreast of what's happening with Dad between my visits. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird to anyone in need of care services.
So great to hear yet more incredibly positive feedback for our care team based in Exmouth. Thank you for taking the time to write your review and testimonial of the work of our Devon Bluebirds.
All the staff at Bluebird Honiton, the careers, supervisors and administration staff have provided Mum with exceptional care. They are always willing and indeed offer to do that bit extra to make her life with Dementia the best it can be. They started with taking her shopping when she could no longer drive and now provide full personal care. They are a wealth of information to someone like me who does not have a background in care and provide great peace of mind. They have the answers to everyday problems and have stepped into to sort out pickles that Mum has got herself into, which is very reassuring as I live a three hour drive away. I could not recommend them more highly and they have become like an extended family to both Mum and myself. I have a great deal of admiration for the work they do and greatly value their support. A huge thank you to all.
The care I received following wrist surgery in Oxford, including the extraction of bone from my left hip, was excellent.
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond - it means such a great deal to the fantastic team we have in Exmouth.
They keep a very watchful eye out, flagging up potential issues early, and taking the initiative on getting medical professionals to visit if needed.
We have total confidence in the organisation and its staff and know that my dad's life has been enriched by the kind and friendly people who look after him.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the care you receive from our fantastic team working from the Exmouth Care Hub. This kind of feedback both motivates and inspires. Thank you.
I find Bluebird Care very good and helpful.
My mother enjoyed the interaction with the carers and I enjoyed the break that it afforded me.
Many thanks.
Thank you for taking the time to review our care, we really appreciate your feedback.
All the carers that attended my wife did so in the most caring and considerate manner.
Thank you for taking the time to review our services.
We chose Bluebird Care, Exmouth for mum having used them a few years ago for dad's care. Initially one visit per day, sadly overnight she fell, breaking her hip, the carer and a nursing trained staff member were amazing to mum and me. Whilst hospitalised, they kept in contact, guiding us through this difficult time.
Once back home, visits were increased to 4 a day. She fell again breaking a wrist, poor thing. No direct involvement for Bluebird Care but again excellent support from the office. In discussions with their caring, knowledgeable staff, in mum's best interests, but not theirs, the move to a care home has been agreed as the best option.
I'd recommend Bluebird Care without question.
My father lives in Exmouth and I live in Newcastle, so knowing I have people I can trust looking after my dad allows me to relax.
Thank you for such positive and encouraging feedback for our Care Hub in Exmouth.
All the ladies that visited me over 3 weeks were very caring, respectful and helpful. I would, without doubt, recommend the company.
Great to receive such positive feedback - many thanks for taking the time to review our care.
We have had some excellent care over the last 3 years. Dad considers all of his carers as friends. When dad has had a problem some carers have called back in their own time to check that he is alright. When phoning the office we have always been dealt with sympathy, understanding and a professional manner. We have not hesitated to recommend Bluebird Care to our friends.
Thank you for taking the time to review our care. The team at our Care Hub in Exmouth are encouraged and motivated by your positive feedback.
