A Class Care (Cambridge) Reviews (27)
Over all time A Class Care (Cambridge) has 27 reviews.
To date we have had three carers. First one very poor in all aspects. The other two carers excellent, one in particular very good at dealing with the client. We do realise it is a very difficult job and can be stressful.
Always on time, friendly and helpful. Assist with everything.
The company so far, are very professional. The carer is exemplary.
Overall much better than I expected and what a daunting job - I'm amazed that you find these ladies prepared to take on the task.
My needs and requirements are all dealt with satisfactorily by competent carers.
He wasn't happy when a new carer said she wasn't able to shave him when he needed it!
I am sure he has done more than he should but always put my dads needs first. There have been nights when he has gone without sleep so he can keep a close eye on dad.
I leave dad knowing he is in the best hands possible and I trust his carer to look after my dad. He is first class at his job and a wonderful man.
