Our daughter has a dedicated team of carers who rotate between day and night shifts to provide 24-hour care in her home. The 3 main carers that we know are all very, very caring and professional. They are kind, friendly, considerate and patient, coping with our daughter's moods and "paddies". They always keep us informed of any problems or difficulties, have reacted swiftly and calmly when there has been a medical problem and communicate well with each other, the office and ourselves. There is also a team of "popin" carers to help with meal prep and personal care.They are also just as caring and professional. We are very very happy with everyone at Mega Resources.

My husband's care is very good, only small problem which has been addressed is 2 women carers are not good for him, he is not confident and can fall easily.

Since I started using their services has been largely positive. From the beginning, the team has been professional, responsive and genuinely attentive to my daddy's needs. The quality of care and support has been good.

Management is well organised, review with us regularly and the reporting app lets us see the feedback from every care visit.
Carers have never failed to arrive and contact us if there are concerns.

We couldn't complain about any of the care we have received. We were more than satisfied with all the help & advice we received from everyone.

All the carers have been courteous and professional in all aspects of their work. They have happily done any task I have asked of them, with out any problems. I would recommend the carers that I have had easily.
On the whole we are really pleased with my father's care. The carers are very kind and look after his basic needs and he always looks clean as they change his clothes regularly. Sometimes the toilet is dirty depending who is looking after him so that makes me a bit sad.
Two other staff members have also excellent skills of care and understanding when putting my wife to bed. The new arrangements for care have worked well during the initial days.
We specifically asked if we could have one staff member in particular having had her for care previously when we were also impressed by her work

Only had care for 5 days. The first impressions were not good. Trying to get a response (non-emergency) by email or call back doesn't exist, yet website says you receive a reply within 24 hours. Three concerns over three days and none have been resolved this way. I had to practically beg for the rota and times for carers calling.
The care is very very good and the carers are great and very friendly, the service could not be any better. We are very very grateful and pleased with the service rendered, amazing, could not be any better.
I have found Mega Resources Nursing & Care to be extremely helpful in my rehabilitation. It was so beneficial to have familiar carers who displayed consistent kindness, consideration, respect and professionalism. As an older woman (single) I was concerned about having male carers but this worry was totally unfounded for the reasons stated above. My carers were so willing to assist and build my confidence and I am very grateful. Well done.

Staff have all been helpful and perfect in all ways. Helped get medication in dosette boxes so I can get my independence back. Helped get appointments with GP and hospital. Helped get my house clean.
As a family, we were extremely happy with the care my nan received in her final weeks. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my nan was comfortable - even after she had passed! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
