Very well organised with a well laid out folder which is documented in daily and space for any messages to be passed on to carer. Consistent care from one person who's always pleasant and on time. Review at 6 weeks organised well and service user able to give her views over team meeting. We are happy with the care provided.

My experience has always been good.

I have received excellent care and support from the care nurses. The overall standard has been extremely good. When I have been ill I have always been treated with dignity and understanding. Overall I have no complaints.

My carers are always very confident at shaving me, washing and washing my hair and keeping me very clean. I am very lucky and grateful to them all.

Aberness Care looked after my mum for about 6 months until we had to put her into a care home. The carers could not do enough for her, even running late for next appointments to make 100% sure that she was settled and comfy. Even when she went into respite they checked on Dad if they had time as he is not in the best of health himself. We, as a family, highly recommend this company.

We have been delighted with the care Mum has received over the past four years and disappointed that Aberness are no longer covering this area. Mum became particularly fond of her regular carer but found all the carers to be lovely, helpful and professional.

A very professional service. Met the Manager to discuss dad's health and requirements. During care period dads requirements changed due to a fall and hospital admission. The Manager kept in touch with me during my absence and was the contact for the hospital. On dads discharge extra care had to be provided and she and staff managed this very effectively. The staff adapted their care to Dad's requirements and whims. Fantastic care.
