Aberness provided last minute, swift cover for my brother after his discharge from hospital. The carers who came to help me with his personal and medical care were friendly and efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. It certainly took a weight off my mind having them come every day to share the responsibility of dealing with numerous medications and to make sure my brother was interacting with someone else each day. I am very grateful for this help being arranged as quickly as it was and also for the carers being so sensitive in their role. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

I eould like to take the opportunity to say how incredibly grateful my family and I are to Aberness for the care and support they have provided to both my mother, before she sadly passed away, and now to my father.

Having experienced Aberness's care with both of my parents, I can honestly say that the dedication and compassion shown by the team means a great deal to us. We are very grateful for everything they have done, and continue to do.

I have carers morning and bed time. All the carers are excellent and I look forward to every visit When they have attended to my needs they still take time to have a chat, which I greatly enjoy.

Mum's carers - Michelle and Khayla keep me updated daily - they talk to mum and listen to her wants and needs, always willing to help.

Anything I feel I can do, I'm encouraged to get on with it. I only have to ask for further assistance if I need it. I'm unable to carry anything or take out my trash etc. This is done for me. I cook mostly my own food, which I usually get in a supermarket.

I would like to thank all the health care support workers that looked after my dad. They were all very good for which he enjoyed coming to see him and help him with his day-to-day activities of living. We are very much appreciative of all the care and support received. Thank you all very much.

Overall staff are ok but sometimes they have to submit other staff due to illness and staff not attending work.

My mum has received a great service from Aberness and the carers have all been great. Regular carers have helped with getting to know my mum and her routines and they are good at keeping me updated with anything.

Overall standard very good and trustworthy.

Aberness are an excellent and well organised care provider, And understand the needs of each individual they provide care and support for. I am lucky enough too receive first class, brilliant and compassionate care and support from care workers who really make a postive difference to my life.

I have two regular carers who are very kind and helpful, Aga and Nicole and I look forward to them coming. They are very professional at their job and always willing to help. they are very reliable and I feel safer and able to enjoy my shower thanks to their help.

Aberness have been way better than any of the many care agencies we have tried. I like the fact I can always get through to a person quickly(very rare!), and that are very understanding and accommodating of requests. The carers and staff have a great deal more humanity than I have found with other agencies, some of which were.much more expensive. The carers showed real interest and concern for my autistic son, and for the first time I feel I can go out knowing that they are would know what to do. I also see that they are good to their staff, and provide proper face to.face training for them - again unusual in my experience. Had given up finding an agency where people showed basic humanity and competence. Highly recommend

Brilliant staff, both with the carers and the office staff. They look after me very well with respect and dignity.

Aberness Care Ltd are a Godsend to me. They come in twice a week to shower my husband, they are so kind and it took all the stress away from me. I have just started trying a social visit once a month to allow me to go out for a short while and it is so good to get out for that short time.

I unfortunately fell and broke my leg and spent several weeks in A.R.I The day after I was discharged an Aberness Carer arrived first thing in the morning and helped me get up and washed and dressed . She then got my breakfast and medication and made the bed and tidied up before leaving. This care continued through January and February and part way through March four times a day until I felt able to gradually manage myself . I found the carers excellent in helping me when I needed it but yet allowing me to gradually become more independent ,(supervising me to ensure I came to no harm .) I am now more or less independent and in fact driving .I credit Aberness Carers with the speed of my recovery and could not have asked for better . They were all so friendly and helpful .I would strongly recommend Aberness to anyone with the need for caring .

Aberness Care Ltd responded immediately to our request for care and again immediately when more visits were required. Dad's main carer is wonderful, a true blessing for us. She treats him like family, has fun with him while helping and encouraging him and making many helpful suggestions.
