My uncle was in there for a few months before he passed away in 2023 and the care he received was brilliant. Can't fault any of the carers.

Evenings are the same and they make sure he is comfy in bed and has everything he needs before they leave.

Uncle has been with TogetherCare for 6 months now, staff are always on time, clean and tidy. Pleased with the care so far. They know what they are talking about and can assist with advice etc when we've needed it. No complaints so far, very happy.

Together Care have been caring for my father for several months now, and we have found the service he has received to be excellent. My father receives several visits throughout the day, and we have always found the staff to be professional and polite. Despite suffering from memory loss, he still remembers the names of the staff who come to visit him, and they have built up a lovely rapport with Dad. As a full-time worker myself, I was concerned about leaving the care of Dad in someone else's hands. However, I feel confident that the staff and the company have my father's best interests at heart, and he always has pleasant things to say about their visits. Setting up care for Dad after he came home from the hospital was rather daunting, but the office staff were very reassuring and made sure the process ran smoothly. As a family, we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.

TogetherCare have been taking care of my Grandmother for a few months, and so far all the carers have been fantastic, all very polite, and friendly. They have been a massive help to our family by making sure my Grandmother receives the care that she needs.

Great caring staff . Always helpful. Very understanding, and try their best to assist clients and family . Always on hand to answer any questions . Staff are very kind in the way they help their clients. Preparing meals medication etc.

Care really wasn't care, they were off sick more then in, no replacement turned up, claimed for over the given hours, just a disgrace. We had 2 meetings about getting the care right still no joy, put a review on when finished with company and was given a call to take it off by the office, they would have another meeting to sort things but it was too late. Told they had a pool of cars to take the clients out this was untrue. Could go on but not worth my time.
