Audley Care Binswood

We used Audley Care for around 18 months during which time we experienced not only care but also friendship. Carers used to drop in to see dad if they were passing, in between visits, just to say hallo and have a game of dominoes. One of them went out of his way to find dad a banana one day, as the supermarket was not delivering until the next day. Another re-potted one of dad's plants, having brought her own kit in with her to do it. These carers went the extra mile. Thank you so much to the Audley care team.

My dad was living alone for a year and a half after my mother died. With his dementia, he needed a lot of care and he was having 6 visits a day from Audley care staff. They were fantastic with him. It was clear that they did actually care - it wasn't just a job title. Really nice people, without exception, and always happy to go beyond the call of duty. I'm very grateful to them all for what they did for dad.

I really can't thank the care team enough for all their dedication. It was so reassuring to know that, whilst away from my mother, she was being cared for with such compassion. Mum's needs became more complicated quite rapidly but nothing seemed to phase the carers. They became my friends and provided vital emotional and practical support at a very difficult time for our family. Forever grateful.

Have experienced the support from Audley Care team since early 2020 through to year to date. During a review to engage support for a vulnerable elderly family member within the community Audley stood out as being a provider of home care support that is based upon the depth of experience and sensitive discreet professional support that was the hallmark of the supervision of their own in-house facilities and offerings. The direct staff teams and management have maintained the highest of standards in supporting our elderly relative at all times and on a daily basis go the extra mile, often outside their “Hours of Watch” to ensure the safety and deliver compassionate care for individuals in their charge. A first-class integrated organisation that does not shy away from any matters for provision of care and day-to-day management.

It came as a shock to me to find that a relatively small injury could do a great deal of damage to mobility and mental stability. So I was fortunate to find myself in the care of Audley Care staff. They were unfailingly kind, competent, professional, and good-humored. Nothing seemed too much trouble and with their encouragement, my confidence began to return. I also began to notice the complex planning that goes into the successful administration of a care program such as this and I am grateful to each and every member of staff - carer, administrator, and manager - who contributed to my recovery. Audley have been supplying care to my husband for nearly three years. I am more than satisfied with the service they give. The girls are always courteous, friendly, and efficient. They show care for my wellbeing which I appreciate.

I cannot praise the Audley Care homecare team enough. The carers who visit my mum-in-law are absolutely lovely, they treat her with love and care whilst being completely professional. They are ever vigilant, informing us of any concerns and suggesting helpful care ideas. They always treat mum-in-law with great dignity and respect, which is greatly appreciated. The management team are exceptional, always happy to support and reassure our family. We are very fortunate and extremely thankful to be with Audley.

The care that I receive is very good, the girls are very kind and caring and always try to make me smile.

The carers that looked after mum were wonderful, every single one of them. They provided love, compassion and understanding and made sure mum was safe and supported. The carers and main manager supported mums family and stayed with me and mum until she passed away. Mums life was better for having Audley community carers sharing it with her. Thank you.

I am writing to let you know that I am overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity that my husband and I were given this morning. I'm paraplegic and have regular assistance from Audley Care Binswood (all of whom are excellent). This morning my husband was experiencing a bout of palindromic rheumatism, and the carer could see we were struggling somewhat. She prepared our Sunday lunch in her own time - rather than fulfilling her care duties and going home. To me, that epitomises the expression "going the extra mile"! I've had agency care for fifteen years, but since having Audley, our lives have been vastly improved.

Audley Care came highly recommended by several sources in the Leamington area. We were very impressed by the time and trouble taken to pre-assess our needs. When the care began we noted the efficiency and professionalism of every single one of the carers. The knock on effect has helped us in our own care management when we are alone. E.g. Catheter care. All the carers are kind, patient and good natured. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be cared for by Audley Care.

We have used Audley Care for over five years. Firstly for our mother and now for our father. We would never consider using another care agency and would highly recommend Audley Care. The carers are very professional, caring and friendly. Our regular carer has always given 100%+ service. She is completely trustworthy and we feel our father is in safe hands.

We would like to thank the carers for being so kind, thoughtful and professional during the short time they cared for our mother-in-law. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to get to know her and the family. The assessment and agreement process was fast and professional, all communication with us, the family, has been excellent.

I would not hesitate to recommend Audley Care Binswood as care providers. The carers were the sort of people you would want coming into your home to look after a family member. Trustworthy, professional and above all, so very kind and gentle with a frail old lady.

We were looking for some care for our mother who had recently suffered with the loss of our dad, she had been going downhill and we were all as a family finding hard to make the time up in the week to see her. We approached Audley and several different companies in the area. Audley by far stood out for us. Extremely professional and helpful. The ladies in the office were amazing and supportive. Audley started on the 3rd December where mum had weekly visits 5 days a week. The carers were all fantastic the ones we met were truly lovely and had such big hearts, mum really enjoys the company of the carers that they send and we have seen a huge improvement in her, we have so much relief that has been lifted knowing we have the carers seeing mum daily. Would always recommend them to anyone who would ask.

The carers from Audley Care are professional, compassionate and very hard working. The people who organise the care are extremely helpful. Audley Care has improved my life.

I find the Audley carers mostly very efficient in the case of new girls (haven't been to me before) it is a long process as they have to be told everything. They do remember very well on subsequent visits. One of my carers has a good instinct and does everything I require without asking.

Dedicated teams assisted and weekly rota provides one week ahead. The service provided is far in excess of what other care agencies I have encountered/used previously. Always happy to provide additional support when called upon in urgent circumstances. I am extremely happy with this service and I would highly recommend Audley Care Binswood.

Have had some issues recently which took longer to resolve than I would have liked, but my overall impression is that Audley are very good.

All the staff have been fantastic in looking after my mum, who sadly died due to Motor Neurone Disease. They were all reliable, trustworthy and friendly and spoke to my mum and not over her even when she could no longer speak. Making sure she understood what they were doing and listening to and valuing my dad’s wishes too. They treated her with such care and dignity, adapting as my mum’s condition deteriorated. They showed compassion and supported my dad at the same time too. I can’t put into words how wonderful they all are.
