Audley Care Binswood

Have had some issues recently which took longer to resolve than I would have liked, but my overall impression is that Audley are very good.

All the staff have been fantastic in looking after my mum, who sadly died due to Motor Neurone Disease. They were all reliable, trustworthy and friendly and spoke to my mum and not over her even when she could no longer speak. Making sure she understood what they were doing and listening to and valuing my dad’s wishes too. They treated her with such care and dignity, adapting as my mum’s condition deteriorated. They showed compassion and supported my dad at the same time too. I can’t put into words how wonderful they all are.

We have been using Audley Care for 5 years. Initially for our mother/wife and now for Dad. They are very caring and professional at all times. The carers are of the highest standard and Dad enjoys them coming to care for him on a daily basis. It gives us peace of mind and we cannot recommend them enough.

They made dad's last few weeks the best, made him comfortable and the ladies in the office were always there to help on the other end of the phone. Will always recommend Audley Care to anyone who needs this support.

After having a bad experience with a different care company, I was completely shocked by how professional and helpful the staff were and they were amazing and great with my mum. I cannot thank them enough.

Audley Care has been a wonderful help to myself and my husband for one and a half years giving helpful advice and great care nursing and friendship. We would not have coped with them and how much we appreciate each carer that has regularly come from Audley Care.

My wife has been diagnosed as having Alzheimer's about six months ago, I became aware some four years before and had begun my transition in to learning to be her 24-hour carer. About two years ago, it was clear that help was needed. My two daughters and I are health and finance attorneys for my wife and we decided that private care at home was to be our choice and we chose Audley Care.

Excellent company. The staff are always smart and polite. I would recommend to anyone.

We have been using Audley Care for some time now and found all aspects of the service excellent. Because all the carers are so good, it is difficult to single out anyone in particular. However, there is one carer who is an exceptional young lady and it is a joy to have her in our home.

As a family, we were extremely impressed by the high level of care our Nan received. All the carers went above and beyond what was expected and continued to let her live as independently as possible right until the end. Thank you.

Audley Care have been visiting my mother for a year now and I cannot fault them at all. Mum has had continuity of carers so they have been able to get to know her and her needs and she knows them. They have been kind, considerate, caring, professional and punctual. They have done all that Mum has asked them to do. Having the same carers has given me peace of mind that she is getting the best of care.

I cannot fault the office staff who have been very friendly, polite and helpful, especially at times when Mum has had to go into hospital.

Finding Audley Care took so much pressure off my shoulders that I can't recommend them highly enough.
