The professionalism of Bluebird Care is outstanding with what was promised has been delivered and more. To see my wife come out and have that sparkle in her eyes is enormous for all of us. The carers are more friends than anything. Could not fault in any way.
Thank you for your review. It makes us very happy to know that your wife is improving with the care we provide.
Summed up in one word "Outstanding". My wife has severe dementia at a very young age. Her needs are unique and challenging in all aspects of care, stimulation and safeguarding. From initial talks with professional approachable management Bluebird Care have gone that extra mile to provide my wife with a dedicated team of carers, who are without doubt a credit to the company and themselves. The enthusiasm and quality of care have had a dramatic upturn effect in both our lives in this very sad and challenging time in our lives. Having had many care providers around the country in the last nine years, Bluebird have been one of a few I have cared to comment on. From the heart "thank you Bluebird Care", may you long continue.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a fantastic review. We are very proud of the service we provide and clearly it is working well for you and your wife.
My carers are not condescending, they treat me like a friend, they look after all my needs and go above and beyond what is expected of them. They look out for me and make sure I have everything I need. They are punctual and I get the same carers for continuity.
Thank you for your review, we are glad you are happy with our service. Our aim is to keep the quality of care high at all times.
Nice to know i'm not alone and can ring for help if I need it. I know all the carers and supervisors well.
Thank you for your review we are very glad you are happy with our service.
The carers are professional, caring and most certainly friendly and a total joy to see them, make you feel normal and human. Not just a job, they become close friends that you can tell anything to and not be judged in any way. Very supportive in all ways.
Thank you very much for your review. We are always pleased to receive reviews like this as we strive to keep the quality of care very high for our customers. Your comments will be passed on to the Carers
