Her role involves supporting staff to deliver the best possible care, conducting spot checks and medication observations, and developing training programs.
Sarah joined Bluebird Care in January 2022 as a Carer. She was promoted to Support Supervisor and then Care Coordinator, where she is responsible for handling rotas, coordinating care expert assignments, and assisting staff and customers with inquiries.
