I cannot praise the team enough for their dedication and kindness. Initially my mum was quite resistant to the idea of having help at home but once the carer started she enjoyed each visit. The care manager was excellent and kept me constantly updated and gave both myself and mum so much support. The entire team goes above and beyond in their care, and we are deeply grateful for their help.

I highly recommend Right at Home, especially the care manager for anyone trying to navigate the process of setting up home care for a loved one. Although my fathers health deteriorated so quickly that we didn't actually start. She was fantastic in helping us and her support was appreciated at a difficult time.

Dads care manager has been amazing as a point of contact and all the office team are brilliant. The carers go above and beyond with the support they give my dad. My nan uses this service to take her shopping once a week. She has found it invaluable as she has macular degeneration and could not manage this herself. The ladies that visit treat her with dignity and respect and she really enjoys their company. She has also needed extra calls for hospital visits and they could oblige when needed.

From the outset, Right at Home have provided a friendly, efficient, and professional service. Starting with the manager's visit to assess our mother and support that best suits her requirements. The allocation of carers, through the ongoing monitoring, help/care, and feedback provided on a regular basis. The carer have provided on a regular basis. The carers have provided professional attentive, kind, and engaging not only are they helping her during the time of their visits we have noticed a definite improvement in her mood and outlook at all other times.

In nine years of caring for my Mum, I have tried several different companies and Right At Home has been the best by far. They will now also be my first choice.

Right at Home provide a reliable, personal and truly caring experience. My aunt has benefitted enormously from the companionship, as well as bed care, feeding, laundry and light housework. They truly deserve their outstanding rating and I really don't know what we would have done without them. The individual carers have proved, beyond a doubt, that they will go above and beyond to ensure my aunt spends her final weeks in a warm, loving and respectful environment in her own home.

We have been employing Right at Home since January to care for a friend in her 90's who has dementia. The team is very well led by the care manager and doing an excellent job on top of the usual personal care, they act as personal assistants to her by organising appointments and any household repairs. Of all the agencies we appointed, Right at Home was the only one to offer this service. Carers are kind, efficient and smart, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Right at Home has provided an amazing service and relationship in the care of my mother. They look after her every need, including self-care, cleaning, washing, shopping and running errands, but more importantly, they provide amazing companionship. My mother loves her carers and looks forward to their company. It also provides much support and reassurance to me, allowing me to live and work in the knowledge that she is receiving exceptional care. They are wonderful professionals with real vocations.

I was struggling to source the care we required for my mother as her complex care needs, including motor neurone disease, were progressing. I came across Right at Home and met the care manager who instantly made a great impression on us. She was friendly, proactive and engaging and took the time to understand Mum's needs. Both the care manager and the care team gave my mother fantastic care. Very professional.
