I understand a 30-minute evening visit would be better for yourself, however, we feel we can not provide our best quality care in that time. If there is time left during the evening visit, then please always ask the caregivers to help in other ways; they will be more than happy to help where they can.
Thank you for your feedback We completely understand and share your frustration as we work extremely hard to maintain continuity. At the present time, this is much more difficult than usual due to unprecedented disruption to staff schedules. As you say, we take great care and will do everything possible to prevent cross-contamination. Unfortunately, sometimes this can affect continuity, but we will get back to our usual levels of continuity as soon as possible.
