Building trust the way we did was so important in ensuring that we had the ability to maintain her wishes and her dignity by allowing her to remain at home. This serves as a reminder to both myself and the care workers of why we do this in the first place

We know how hard it can be to keep in touch from so far away and we just want to ensure that you stay connected as it really does mean a lot to your dad. Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Rainbow. We are happy that you are happy in the support in which your husband is receiving. As you know we are also here to support yourself and we will continue to do so as this also benefits your husband. As there are current restrictions in activities that can currently take place due to covid we continue to support in any way we can to keep the social interaction and to try a variety of things to ensure consistency in your husband's support. It is an absolute pleasure to be supporting your family member. All of Rainbow social care enjoy the humour, laughter and the smiles that they are greeted with at each visit. All the carers are familiar with the routine and the way in which things are required to be carried out. That is what person centred care is all about. Being able to carry out each call exactly how the individual requires, consistently throughout carers. It really is the little things that make all the difference.
