Everycare have been looking after my mother since July 2023, she has dementia and sadly had a fall last year and broke her arm. Since the first meeting, I have been so impressed with the staff for arranging care and taking care of my mother, staff go out there way to make sure Mum is taken care of, nothing is too much trouble. The team are very professional, friendly, hardworking and polite. They come in every day to give Mum her medication and make sure she has everything she needs for the day, Mum is very happy which makes me relaxed that all is well. I could highly recommend Everycare to anyone looking for care support. I can't thank them enough!

I have to say that I have been so impressed and thankful to the lovely staff at Everycare. The health of my mum was at a crisis point both physically and with dementia. As her daughter, I was responsible for Mum but living in the north of England and working it was becoming impossible to see to Mum's needs. The supervisor came to visit and quickly assessed Mum and what needed to be done and she got Mum's GP out to visit which I was never able to do. Once I had rearranged Mum's bed and furniture in a more suitable place, I was able to go home with much less stress, knowing that the carers would be in every day to give Mum her medication, see to her needs and generally keep her company. I cannot stress enough how fantastic the whole team has been and the weight that has been lifted off my mind. I have since brought Mum up to live with me but will be eternally grateful to Everycare.

Reply from David Dimelow, Director at Everycare (Mid Sussex)

So glad that we could be of assistance and equally pleased that our service has matched or indeed surpassed your expectations. Mum is in good hands and my team will ensure that you can continue to have peace of mind.

All the staff turned up on time and carried out their duties with a smile.
All I needed them for was to put a lidocaine plaster on my back because I couldn’t reach which didn’t take up the half an hour I booked so the staff would do the washing up,hover, make my bed and empty the commode or any other jobs I needed doing.

I have used this company before for my husband so I knew I was in safe hands. I would recommend them to my friends.

Reply from David Dimelow, Director at Everycare (Mid Sussex)

We are pleased that you were happy with our service when providing care for your husband and now even more pleased that we have been able to help you with your care requirements. Hopefully you don't require our services again but should that ever change we will always be here to assist.

He was happy, said all were lovely, he hadn't done any puzzles or brain work, or the two jobs I had left him. He's very vague but was happy with all of his carers. Thank you.

I know he comes across as totally capable he is far from it and late Monday night I had 2 voicemails 'Where are you?' 4 am 'What have I done wrong, please come home'. I was worried. My daughter called you and left out of hours message and I have never had any feedback on this? I phoned neighbours and they checked on him for me. This was a plan for a longer holiday, but he'll need a live-in carer or a home for two weeks.

Fantastic live-in carer for my 90-year-old dad who suffers with Dementia. I was very apprehensive about leaving him whilst I was on holiday and had looked at respite care in a local care home. After considerable deliberation (!), we opted for live care for 2 weeks.
It really was fantastic and my dad thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the carer and even enjoyed fruit and vegetables which he will normally flatly refuses! She gave dad, time (patience) and encouragement, all the things that dad needs. She was a breath of fresh air and dad even described it as him having a "holiday from routine" which pretty well sums up the whole experience.

He was very sad to see her go. Thank you so much.

Reply from David Dimelow, Director at Everycare (Mid Sussex)

Very pleased that we were able to provide support for dad whilst you were away. Leaving vulnerable relatives on their own can be very stressful for all concerned, happy that we were able to provide our usual standard of care and everyone enjoyed some quality time.

My mother has carers twice a day from Everycare. The carers are lovely, caring, thoughtful, and go above and beyond what I would have expected them to do. The communication from the company to me as the daughter is incredible, all her needs are met and it means that I have peace of mind knowing that she is very well looked after.

I doubt that at the time we had Everycare employees that we fully appreciated their expertise. It is only now that we have experienced other carers that we appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and competence that Everycare gave us. On the whole, my husband had complete confidence in the care given. There is no substitute for experience in this field and many Everycare employees showed this to be true.

Throughout the time that Everycare looked after the client, they showed excellent commitment and professionalism, and towards the end, their patience and perseverance were highly commendable. I often had to speak on the phone, and the office staff were both cheerful and helpful. At times, there were difficult situations to deal with because of the failing health of the client, but the competency of all staff shone through. The client has now been admitted to a home, but would not have been able to stay so long in his beloved house without the excellence of Everycare.

Thank you for your review. It was at times a challenging package of care, but we were determined to achieve the best possible outcome for the client, and I'm pleased to hear that this was achieved. Hopefully, the client will now be well looked after in an environment where 24-hour care can be...

My Mum has been looked after by the wonderful team at Everycare (Mid Sussex) for well over a year now. Mum has late stage Dementia, mobility problems and is now on palliative care. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, three members of staff and the team of carers have showed amazing dedication and care to my Mum during some very difficult and challenging times. Despite Mum's condition, her quality of life has improved and the team are very positive as to how they can make Mum's final months and years as content as possible. One particular carer has done an amazing job, the difference in Mum has been very noticeable and having that ability to understand Mum's needs through body language, as verbal communication is hard at times, has helped Mum immensely with day to day life. Anyone who is thinking about arranging care for a relative, companion or friend, please do not hesitate to give them a call.

My wife is really happy with the care service provided by Everycare Mid Sussex. She looks forward to seeing her regular carers, but even when they have time off, the replacement carers are always friendly and efficient - making sure that my wife is comfortable. The carers are always aware of my wife's needs and are careful not to cause her any pain or discomfort.

I asked Everycare to look after my Mum when her mobility and coordination deteriorated. They have been wonderful. The staff are friendly, they make time to talk to Mum as well as sorting out her washing/cleaning needs. They don't appear to rush to leave and update me promptly with any issues. I have also found Everycare very flexible, changing times/dates/frequency whenever asked.

As l have been using these care services now for just over three years, l am happy with the services they provide for me as a disabled man aged 60 in a wheelchair. They provide 24/7 care which is a great help with understanding, friendly carers. They, in medical terms, do a very good service assisting me with transport to hospital for treatment or to A&E at times. The care service provider is good at being in contact with myself and a care worker manager visits me each month to check I am happy in myself and that everything is kept clean around my home.

I would recommend to any of my family or friends to use this care company if needed in future years.
