All the agency staff are caring, friendly and professional. My wife suffers from Alzheimers and dementia - her carers are wonderful with her and she looks forward to seeing them. They are very involved with her, stimulating and communicating with her constantly, smiling and laughing together constantly. I cannot recommend them and the agency more highly.
Many thanks for your kind words, Robin, it is greatly pleasing to know that our team of Carers can make such a difference to someone's life.
I find Everycare a very good provider. The service is reliable and punctual and the level of care provided is very good. I am happy that my mother is receiving a good level of service. The office staff are also very accommodating and friendly when I need to add an extra visit or cancel one.
David.
I have worked with a lot of care agencies over the years and I would definitely recommend them. The care staff are friendly, caring and supportive. They are quite responsive if you suddenly have extra or a change in your needs. Some of the admin staff could improve their interpersonal skills, but we are all human! The management do listen to you if you are having any problems with your care staff. Overall, the company is very client-driven and empowering.
Thanks for your review Michelle, it's always pleasing to hear we get the primary function of the business right, but it sounds like we need to improve on the communication side. I'll review this with my colleagues and see where we can make improvements, hopefully, we get it 100% right from now on.
We had to find temporary care at short notice. From the first time we contacted Everycare we had such a friendly, helpful and efficient service. The managers organised the first visits quickly, the home visit was undertaken promptly. The manager spent 1 1/2 hours going through everything - such a relief when you aren't sure of the processes. All the carers were kind, friendly and knew what they were doing, they arrived on time, never had any concerns about anything. Thank you to all the staff at Everycare, we really appreciate all your help and support.
Many thanks for your review of our service Tessa, I'm pleased that we could help out in a timely manner for you and also demonstrate the care and compassion we value as a company.
The second time we have used this carer and company and both occasions she provided all we asked and more.
Thank you John, we look forward to supporting you with your mother's care needs in the future. We are extremely pleased you are happy with the service we provide, allowing you and your wife to have a well-needed break.
Superb service by carers. Admin staff very helpful when called to discuss changes etc.
Thank you Very much, your Mum is a lovely lady and looking after her is a pleasure.
My mother needed a full-time carer for a week after an operation in the hospital. I phoned Everycare (Mid Sussex) after it was recommended to us by a neighbour who spoke highly of her experience. They had only 3 days to organise this and they provided a carer to look after our mother on Thursday. The service was marvellous - just what we requested. Everycare (Mid Sussex) was honest, approachable and very professional with a great sense of humour. The carer was excellent. She was discreet, empathetic and so willing to help. Our whole experience was faultless and made the whole experience for my 88-year-old mother and the rest of the family - a stress-free and supportive one - thank you.
At every stage, the carers and the office have been very reactive to any changes and kept me informed of any concerns or issues they might have. The other week they even arranged a new kettle to be bought and delivered when Dad's stopped working! It has given myself and my sister huge peace of mind knowing that they are checking on him a couple of times a week and engaging with him in a positive way.
I can now be fully confident that he will be able to have his care needs met as and when needed in a kind, considerate way. I can't recommend Everycare enough.
Thank you for your kind review Sarah, it has taken some time but Dad now feels much more relaxed and comfortable with our carers and the benefit to Dad is clear to see.
Carers friendly and helpful - no worries about leaving them to care for my husband (and house) whilst I go out. He is happy to be left with them.
Thank you for your positive review, it is always good to have feedback on how our service is performing.
Everycare - Managers, coordinators, supervisors, owners and carers have been polite, courteous and try hard to meet my dad's needs. Very accommodating and understanding, very professional and organised.
They send a schedule each week which is invaluable because dad lives alone and I care for him long distance so very helpful for my sister and me to know what time carers are coming, to check if correct and who is coming.
Thanks for the positive review Jo, it's nice to know we are making a difference.
Everycare were fantastic when I had surgery on my elbow, it was all very last minute and Everycare provided extra calls to support me in my recovery, all carers who helped were professional and kind.
Many thanks for your kind review Kelly and we wish you well in your pathway to full recovery.
I'm satisfied with the two swimming lessons a week and help with a shower.
Thank you for your review Sandra.
Excellent care. All women were extremely caring, friendly and helpful so good that I was back on my feet very quickly and they worked themselves out of a job, at first my husband was not very happy about strangers in the house but they were so lovely. They quickly won him around especially when they took over my personal care and when they proved to be very competent cooks. Thank you, both.
Thank you for the complimentary review. I am pleased that you are now back on your feet and fully independent again. That is from our point of view an excellent result and a happy outcome for you and your husband.
For our situation, the quality of service and care workers have been ideal. My wife (advanced Alzheimers), has been more responsive and relaxed since using this company, in fact, she seems to be more mentally aware.
So pleased that we are making a difference for your wife. Hopefully this improvement continues for as long as possible.
A live in carer was provided within three days of the request made to Everycare (Mid Sussex) i was suddenly immobile when my hip collapsed after months of waiting for an operation. The live-in carer was excellent and stayed with me for almost three months until i was again able to manage on my own post cooperatively. The office administration from Everycare (Mid Sussex) was very efficient and at the same easily accessible and friendly.
The carers from Everycare are very reliable and efficient and treat my husband with respect. I am very pleased with them.
The older ones are better but guess time will deal with this!
All the carers are very good as in the standard of care they provide. The only issue is the office organisation is somewhat disorganised! e.g. occasionally a roster is changed and we are not informed. If we have an appointment I have to contact the office and sometimes am obliged to use the visit.
Many thanks for the review Annette, your comments about the roster notification have been taken on-board, we will try and do better in the future.
