Red Rose has been looking after my husband since February 2021. They are a fantastic team of carers and I couldn’t manage without them. Nothing is too much trouble. They are reliable and always turn up at or very close to their appointed time.

We have been with Clarriots for 9 months now and in that time, I have become personally involved with the management, office staff and all the carers who assist my mother and father. I would highly recommend any of this team to assist any persons who are needing care. I feel they commit themselves 100% - whatever the situation. They all have become part of the family - a very professional trustworthy and most of all, caring team. I feel these reviews are good because it gives all at Clarriots Preston the recognition they deserve - thank you from a very grateful daughter.

My daughter is very happy with the care and help she recieves from Clarriots Care. Her health has imrpoved since she has been with them, she is not worried as she was with her previous provider of care.

Following undertaking some research, I asked Clarriots Care if they would provide care for my husband. They are absolutely outstanding and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. They are professional, compassionate, caring and give 100%, leading by example and provide the very best quality care with integrity and respect. Nothing is too much trouble. I am delighted with the care they are providing for my husband while I am at work. My husband really looks forward to their visits. Thank you so much to Clarriots.

Overall Experience

When it became necessary for me to have help in caring for my invalid husband I carefully considered the various options as we were reluctant to have strangers invading our home. I decided to try Clarriots care for a trial period and am so happy with the care and attention given to him, I have no intention of changing.

I am extremely grateful for the way his dignity has been respected at all times. The agency has always tried to meet my requests for a limited number of different carers attending so not to confuse my husband. The carers we have feel part of our family now. They adapted quickly to our needs and I find them tremendous help. The admin staff are very pleasant and helpful and return phone calls promptly.

Clarriots Care came into our lives just as my Dad was going through his worst time. Hallucinations and delusions abound and the ladies of Clarriots Care helped us through it with compassion and professionalism. They not only helped my Dad but helped us as a family. They were everything we were looking for and having used an other agency, knew what we were definitely not looking for! As a family we at last felt safe and secure that we could leave my Dad in their care and they would do everything they said they would, and they did. I only wished we had used them sooner. We also used them for my Mum who has less care needs than my Dad but still needed looking after, a chat each morning, a friendly face and Clarriots Care did that for us. I cannot thank them enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who actually cares in action, not just in words. Thank you Clarriots, you helped us when we needed it most. x
