Satisfactory for me. Very caring listening and understanding the problems with the client's care. Sorting out problems with tablet taking to make it as easy as possible. Thank you to all the staff.
We have been going through some difficult times just lately and everybody, from top to bottom have tried their best to help us out. Thank you.
Extremely friendly and helpful when attending review. All aspects of my sister's care was reviewed methodically and sympathetically.
Overall the carers are good. However, the different number of carers has increased now to 27 since early December 2017. This subject has been discussed with members of the staff and it was agreed that a small nucleus for example 5 or 6 regular carers for the welfare and wellbeing for my wife who has dementia as well as being badly disabled.
Thank you for your review Robert. We aim to keep the smallest staff teams for clients as much as possible, and this is sometimes very difficult due to sickness, absence, part-time staff, bank staff, evening staff, weekend staff etc. Your comments will be discussed with senior staff to make sure this doesn't happen again.
