Respectful Care - Mansfield, Ashfield, Worksop, Retford, South Normanton, Alfreton, Ripley and Belper

I have already recommended the Respectful Care team to a friend of my brother who intends to try to avail the services for his wife and himself having just come out of hospital. We have found the care staff very professional in every aspect of their provision, the staff are always willing to go the extra mile. On arrival, the first question is 'can we do anything further for you' and indeed thereto the last before they leave. Please note that I have also related my satisfaction to the local County Councillor from Nottinghamshire County Council. Also, note that I am pleased to support the Respectful Care team.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They have no problem coping with a grumpy old man first thing in the morning. They do their job with care and consideration for a person's disabilities and never complain about how much or how little they have to do. Excellent service all round.

I cannot praise Respectful care enough for care and attention to my dad for the period from May 2020 to December 2020. Particularly to their carer, she has been supportive to my mum and dad throughout the pandemic coming into their home to care twice a day. She certainly does deserve recognition for her hard work and commitment and the friendship and bond that she has developed with my parents. Unfortunately, our care needs have changed but would like to take the opportunity to say how appreciative we have been with Respectful care and wish them all well, with many thanks

Moving to a new care provider earlier this year was a big step after being with my previous provider for a number of years. I chose Respectful Care because I had heard a lot of good reports about them. From day 1, I knew that I had made a good decision. All of the carers are excellent - I cannot emphasise that enough. They come in, do what I need without little or no explanation and do it so well. I never fear a new carer coming, as I sometimes used to do because it doesn't matter who comes, the service delivery is the same - friendly and professional. The way they had obviously prepared for the Covid-19 situation before the lockdown began, was impressive and reassuring and said much about the management team. The office staff are excellent too and very approachable. I can discuss anything about my care with them. I moved to Respectful Care because I wanted to feel confident again about my care. I have that confidence now and so much more besides. I would recommend them to anyone.
