I am pleased with the company.
We are so pleased you are happy with the company and carers, thank you for taking the time to give us a smashing review.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. They have no problem coping with a grumpy old man first thing in the morning. They do their job with care and consideration for a person's disabilities and never complain about how much or how little they have to do. Excellent service all round.
This review makes us beam with pride! We are so glad you agree that our staff are considerate and respectful, thank you so much for such a valuable review, it's a pleasure to support you.
All the staff are very polite, professional and punctual and I feel safe in their hands. They are by far the best care company I have used and nothing is too much trouble for them.
What a wonderful review! We're glad you feel in safe hands with our staff and thank you for taking the time to feed this back.
I received excellent care when I was discharged from the hospital, and my carers helped me to regain my confidence and mobility. The staff are all wonderful, punctual and reliable.

It is an honour to support you, Albert, thank you from all the team at Respectful Care for such a lovely review.
Very good.
Thank you for the review, it's a pleasure to support you.
I cannot praise Respectful care enough for care and attention to my dad for the period from May 2020 to December 2020. Particularly to their carer, she has been supportive to my mum and dad throughout the pandemic coming into their home to care twice a day. She certainly does deserve recognition for her hard work and commitment and the friendship and bond that she has developed with my parents. Unfortunately, our care needs have changed but would like to take the opportunity to say how appreciative we have been with Respectful care and wish them all well, with many thanks
They're all wonderful!
A marvellous company.
Ten out of ten.
Moving to a new care provider earlier this year was a big step after being with my previous provider for a number of years. I chose Respectful Care because I had heard a lot of good reports about them. From day 1, I knew that I had made a good decision. All of the carers are excellent - I cannot emphasise that enough. They come in, do what I need without little or no explanation and do it so well. I never fear a new carer coming, as I sometimes used to do because it doesn't matter who comes, the service delivery is the same - friendly and professional. The way they had obviously prepared for the Covid-19 situation before the lockdown began, was impressive and reassuring and said much about the management team. The office staff are excellent too and very approachable. I can discuss anything about my care with them. I moved to Respectful Care because I wanted to feel confident again about my care. I have that confidence now and so much more besides. I would recommend them to anyone.
Very professional, extremely caring. Thank you to each and every one of the lovely carers who attended my dad every day with such care and dignity. We are so appreciative of everything they did to help him and my Mum.
My carers both learned what I like doing and provide excellent care and often go the extra mile.
Excellent care.
In general, cheery and marvellous. Especially one in particular. They are cheerful, do the job thoroughly and I am always glad to see them. They are glad to see me which is nice.
Very happy with all staff, very caring and supportive.
Any problems are being dealt with properly. The overall carer's standard is very high and I wouldn't go to another company.
