Ethos is providing excellent care for my mother. The carers all engage well with her, explaining what they are doing and why. They treat her with the utmost care and respect. Her face lights up each time they arrive. We were fully consulted throughout the creation of the detailed care plan. The use of app keeps me fully aware of day to day issues.

Thank you, Kevin, for your kind feedback.
We're pleased to hear your mother enjoys the visits and feels well supported by the team. It's also good to know you felt involved in the care planning and find the app helpful.
Kind regards,

Happy chance drew me to Ethos Care Services in Highclffe in 2019. My mobility was declining and I realised I would need increasing help to cope with everyday tasks.
Following an interview and assessment, Ethos Carers have played an increasing part in my daily health and well-being for six years. Over this time I have become full of admiration at the high quality of care I receive.
Ethos Management choose their representatives with care and train them to deliver a service to be proud of. Any minor problems are quickly solved and at all times highest standards of service are maintained, Many of my carers have become my friends. Caring is a very special skill requiring dedication, use of initiative and endless patience. It requires responsibility and a genuine

wish to help. Ethos Care Service in Highcliffe and their team have every reason to feel proud of the service they provide. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Kayleigh has been on several occasions to help my 78 year old brother when he has been staying with us with changing his stoma bag. She has been lovely - friendly and caring and John found her so helpful and efficient.

Amy at Ethos Care has handled the bookings with no trouble and we can't thank you enough.

Having used Ethos for the past year, I have found a great peace of mind in knowing my loved one is cared for with the upmost respect and dignity. This is the first time we have started Care and Ethos have certainly made it an easy and positive transition. My loved one is still encouraged to be independent with the right level of support. All office staff and carers are exceptionally professional and kind. With a simple phone call any issues or concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I could not recommend this company more if anyone wants a quality and high standard of care for their loved ones. 10/10, couldn't have any more peace of mind- in very good hands.

Right from our initial contact with the Ethos Care, we as a family have felt supported by the friendly management team. Sometimes we have found Mum's dementia diagnosis quite difficult to handle, but any questions or concerns we have had regarding Mum's care have been dealt with quickly and with empathy by the knowledgeable staff and we feel confident that the entire staff team have Mum's welfare at heart. The App the company uses is excellent and enables us to view what has been done for Mum at each visit, which gives us peace of mind, especially on days when we may not be able to visit. Any medical or other issues the staff encounter whilst caring for Mum are reported to us so we are able to work out a solution together. In short, we cannot fault Ethos Care and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just when we were struggling to meet my Grandmothers care needs, I contacted Ethos. Within a week they were providing regular visits to assist with personal care, medication administration and food preparation enabling her to stay in her own home. From the initial visit, it felt like a weight had been lifted and allowed us to have quality time back with my Grandmother. Everyone at Ethos carries out their role professionally and they provide excellent client centred care. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the communication to us is exceptional and reassuring. I cannot recommend Ethos enough!

Our family is extremely thankful for ALL staff at Ethos care, from the initial telephone call to the carers themselves. Mum first required urgent care in the days leading up to Christmas and Ethos staff organised care to begin on Christmas Eve and which continued all over the Christmas period.
The carers were delightful with mum, who can be tricky to manage at times!
The admin team were at the end of the phone on every occasion when we needed them, even on the bank holidays when additional support was required.

As a family, we highly recommend Ethos care. The service provided was outstanding.

We used Ethoscare for just over 4 years only ending when my mother was hospitalised after a fall and she realised that she could no longer live an independent life in her own home. The care service started with a single visit a week for 1.5 hours and ended with 4 visits a week totalling 3.5 hours. These changes were managed in a timely manner meeting my mothers changing needs. The visits were fixed days at variable times but when needed timings were fixed to meet the requirements of family visits for example.
The care provided by carers was first class with new staff being introduced by accompanying known carers before making a solo visit. Duty of care was very much at the forefront of service, a visit was never missed, fluid intake was always observed and any medical concern was fed back the managing team for reporting to the GP practice.

My mother repeatedly said that all care staff were pleasant, friendly, and provided the care she needed always with care and respect.

l used Ethos Care Services for my Mother for a period of 14 months. From the beginning l could see that l made the right choice in choosing Ethos. They were extremely professional, provided you with an app that detailed the care plan, showed all future appointments and a write up of care services performed each visit.
From the staff in the office to the carers who visited, they were caring and compassionate. The office and the carers continued to give me advice which helped me in providing care for my mother in between visits.

Ethos Care liaised with the GP Surgery and District Nurses which only enhanced the care given.

My mother (101) had a fall and couldn't get up from the floor. I called Ethos Care Services Ltd, and a carer was there in 30 minutes on an unscheduled visit to get her on her feet again. The carer stayed with her for an hour to make sure that she was okay. A fantastic service!

We joined the Ethos Anytime Care Service ( ACS/ their 24/7 Falls Service) in June. My 94yro mum still lives in her own flat & has regular carers & homehelps coming in several times a day but it is the nightime in particular that I worry if she should have a fall.
I am going to Australia early September for several months as my daughter is having twins & so I needed to find this extra support for Mum especially while I am away.

Within 2-3 weeks of subscribing we had to call out ACS. Mum had slipped off her seat & I had popped over & then called ACS. Within a very short time a carer arrived with the equipment & on checking Mum over, felt she was ok to get up. The carer set up & explained everything she was going to do & reassured Mum through each stage of using the Manga Riser Seat & then mobilising her to bed. It was such a relief to know she was in safe hands. I go away without the worry & stress knowing ACS will take care of Mum when needed. THANK YOU

I needed a carer to help to my mom with her personal needs while she was away from home. Ethos were extremely helpful in setting this up. We had the same carer each day and had access to a portal which provided information about moms care each day. The level of care given was brilliant.

The Ethos team were contacted and request was made for urgent support for my stepfather. The team came to the home and met with us all at short notice. A very clear, and honest presentation was given which was easy to understand. This was also done with compassion and understanding.

Throughout the involvement with Ethos the team were very open and transparent and gave great advice. This service provider has been such a blessing to us all as a family. Would highly recommend.

Dad has been benefitting from 'waking nights care' provided by Ethos for a while now - following some 'night-time issues'.

We have been very happy with the carers, who have been able to 'fit in' with Dad following some initial reservations.

I believe we were 'guinea-pigs' for the Waking Nights Service - which wasn't previously offered but I hope the company consider expanding to include this as part of their regular offerings. If this does happen I would strongly encourage others to see this as a good route for their loved ones to remain in their own houses, compared with the alternative.

Ethos Care was recommended to us by the daughter of a previous client. It was an excellent recommendation - we are extremely pleased. The management are proactive and very keen to help and will always try to make and succeed in making any adjustment I request to the care calendar. For example, they will accommodate requests for one-off extra support if required. I don't envy the people arranging the carer's calendar - they do an excellent job. We normally see the same two carers but have others because of days off etc. Each one has been excellent in assisting my wife who required full assistance with her activities of daily living. Each has been empathetic, caring, cheerful and hard-working. I particularly like the app used by Ethos. From a client's perspective, it has an up-to-date calendar so you know exactly when a carer is due to arrive. The timetabling is extremely accurate - normally the carers arrive exactly on time or on very rare occasions never more than 5 minutes late. This provides certainty for the client and excellent customer-focused care.
