Would highly recommend this service to anyone in the local area.
Management easy to talk to.
Thank you.
Excellent care throughout and very helpful on helping us with what we were entitled to get for Mum, cannot praise them enough.
Wow! Sadly moving out of the area, as otherwise, we would have been using Ethos for years to come. You hope for professionalism and expertise. That was delivered and I can’t remember a single bad visit, and certainly no issues, throughout my time with Ethos. But what stood out was the empathy and friendliness of the carers who visited me. A very special group of people, with a reliable office back-up to call on with timing changes, questions etc. Thoroughly recommend.
I arranged a 1-hour daycare package with Ethos for my mother in November 2018, and Ethos has now been providing this service for 6 months. Mum has been struggling increasingly with dementia symptoms and was widowed just after we engaged Ethos. Mum has been very satisfied with Ethos, despite some initial resistance about needing a care package. I have found Ethos to be a very well managed and professional organisation, and they have been very proactive in staying in touch with me and supporting any extra needs that Mum has from time to time, such as help with getting to health appointments. This has been really important to me, as I am based abroad and I'm able to visit only once a month.
I have been very happy with the care that my relative received throughout. The care plan was thorough, all the carers were on time (if held up, they would phone us) and they were very kind, gentle and efficient. On the days that I was present, and carers didn't need to make a meal etc, then they stayed for the duration and talked to him. Managers were always available and the person who usually answered the phone was so helpful and friendly. Hospital staff found exactly the same.
My mother was supported at home with twice daily visits by Ethos for many years. I found the service to be both reasonably priced, extremely reliable and a huge help and comfort to know she was in such good hands. I cannot fault the level of care and empathic attitude delivered by the Ethos carers. Mum regarded several of them as friends. When she needed additional visits during various periods Ethos were responsive and obliging. I would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a reliable and caring company to support their elderly loved ones in their own home to look no further than Ethos. Mum moved from Ethos to the associated care home in Burton, Christchurch, when should could no longer stay at home and this was an equally positive experience for her.
In my recent experience, the staff that have attended to my mother have been kind and respectful to her. In general, the staff are on time, have been polite and helpful to myself during a difficult period when my father was in hospital. I am particularly grateful for the way that one carer handled the situation with my father after his fall.
All staff act in an efficient manner. I am very happy with the service.
I am very grateful for the care we receive - much of the burden is removed from my shoulders. It is a pleasure to see a smiling face.
I am extremely pleased with the attention I receive - it is kind, patient and efficient. I have no complaints. I am always asked if there is anything else I need before they leave.
Ethos care services provide excellent personal care for my husband who has Dementia and other issues. Their services are given four times each day and are always provided with dignity, kindness and a cheerful smile. The carers also give me, as the service user's wife, support, and I don't worry as I used to do. I couldn't manage without them as we want my husband to remain at home rather than residential care.
I receive care 3 times daily and am very happy and satisfied with the help that I receive daily.
I'm very pleased with the care I get. My main carer helps me to dress, showers me and helps with meals. He is very caring when I am not well. I find all the carers are very caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
Our friend is happy. Most staff are very friendly and work hard. The turnover of staff is good, they stay.
I am 81 years old and also disabled and as a result need 4 carers a day. They are all very helpful and friendly and show warmth and have a good personal touch. Ethos carers have been a real life line to me and I highly recommend them.
